Placed an order since the 30th of August 2023 i have not received my order up till date no refund whatsoever and not been able to get through customer service I sent few messages via email but no luck

Hi there, can you please ask your staff to call out before opening the curtain in the dressing room. Third time now a staff member has pulled back the curtain in a new look store. Very bad service

Online it says they're open till 9pm on Thursdays to my surprise when I arrive at 7.20 pm theyre closed if your not going to be open at those times change it online waste of time and petrol

I will never go to this shop again. End of. No staff. I bought a christmas present for my daughter, a winter coat and they didn't even have a bag to pack it in. This shop should be shut.

Excellent New Look shop in Northside Shopping Centre Dublin. Great range of clothes and staff very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely great.... spacious, loads of room to move around without bumping into people. Staff very polite and helpful.

Got a couple of bargains here. Lovely sales assistant but it's an uninviting shop.

Too many reduced rails with small clothing takes away from shopping experience
