Syma is a fantastic cat sitter, we wouldn’t leave our cat with anyone else. Our cat LOVES her. She is very reliable, trustworthy, responsible, stays in touch with photos, uses her initiative and common sense, and has gone over and above for us. She has always followed our instructions perfectly and sometimes she’s stayed and played with the cat for longer, and cleaned the litter 2x a day. My friends have told me nightmare stories about their cat sitters not turning up for days, being unresponsive, or not cleaning the litter at all, and the worry has ruined their time away. I am so relieved we have found a keeper! Syma is worth every cent so you can holiday worry free knowing your fur baby is in the best hands.

This is a great little pet shop, I usually come in here for rabbit food and have always received a warm greeting from the owner. They stock the oxbow brand for one of the cheapest prices I’ve seen and if you find it cheaper they will match the price. They support the animal aid rescue which is a big bonus and part of the reason why I shop with them. They have good secret deals sometimes for their members so definitely worth joining. They don’t spam your phone either like most memberships

Had our Maltese groomed yesterday for heath reasons. Lollie would always let me know if the grooming session was good by happy she is when I pick her up. She was Super Happy. They did a fantastic job. Really friendly and I got great advice on diet too as my dog is 14 years old. Will keep going back when lockdown is over.

Jo did a fantastic job with our marema and koolie. The dogs loved being groomed, and the pricing is fantastic. Good range of pet supplies for all your furry friends. And they sell local pieces from the men's shed. All in all a true local store that really deserves everyone's business so much more than the bigger stores

Great range, super knowledgeable staff, excellent prices. They're a family owned and run store, and they massively support animal aid (with donations, fund raisers, adoption drives, a donation drop off point, and also they have kitties in store to help get them adopted!). Can't speak highly enough of them!

We've been buying our pet supplies from Claws N Paws for a few years now. Rob and his staff have always been very helpful, have plenty of knowledge and always have given us good advice regarding the care of our cat. The down size in their store makes it a bit tight but they make it work.

Great range of ethical Australian made toys and treats. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are very helpful and more than willing to check back over your previous purchases if you can't remember what your pet has been on. The hydro-bath is a god-send for washing your dog.

We have been a client of claws and paws for many years. Recently our 19 year old dog waffles has been groomed twice by jo, we have found that he is well groomed and comes home very content. Felt the need to gadulate you on a great served Kylie

Very friendly no fuss small store with good prices and I love the small range of natural treats without packaging. So does my dog who tried to help himself so watch out for that. But they are good natured staff who are helpful

This place always looks after its customers, the pricing is fair, they'll send a SMS or call you to let you know when your order is in. That's if it's not already on the shelf. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
