Stayed here for Diwali with my family and niece 24th October till 27th October 2022 Lovely place nicely located close to the airport off the main highway but nicely tucked away surrounded by greenery rooms are excellent there is a spa gym and restaurant room service a board room Special shout out to the staff with manager Naseem leading from the front He took care of our stay and sightseeing arrangements Pooja and others at the front desk were very helpful and Ram from F &,B was very attentive so was our driver Akbar who patiently showed us around all the right places The staff was very kind and welcomed us to take part in their traditional Diwali day celebrations Would love to come again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable affordable stay with Excellent service

This hotel is well located near the airport. It's new and very neat and clean. Rooms are well furnished with tea facilities, fridge, DTH, hair drier and most amenities (except shaving kit). Excellent sleep quality. AC control panels are available in each room. Good breakfast buffet, and a very good menu for a la carte dining as well. Fast Wifi (but unsecured). Lots of space for parking. Smooth check-in and check-out. Some rooms face windows of other buildings, so window curtains have to be kept drawn at all times. So choose your rooms if you're particular about that.

Excellent hotel and staff. Stayed here for a night before onwards trip to destination. Had booked it thinking to spend a night and not expecting much, just needed a property closer to airport after an evening flight. But was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and housekeeping of the overall hotel and the room. Room was very clean and neatly decorated, provided with very good amenities including hair dryer and all essentials - truly value for money at this price. Breakfast was very good, food quality was excellent, staff was courteous and welcoming everywhere, from security to housekeeping to front desk to restaurant, all nice.

The worst ever hotel we have stayed in Bengaluru, Rooms are just Ok but their service is too bad and also too much expensive like some dirt in the bed sheet from our side and for that dirt they asked to pay Rs 3000.More than the cost of that bedsheet First time We face this issue in a hotel compared to the other hotel we have stayed, and also the we struggled for the wifi because it disconnected frequently. Worst Ever Hotel !

We checked in for a few hours en route to the airport. Early check-in at 5.30 a.m. was seamless. The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast spread was good and the staff was courteous. Did not use the WiFi or TV. Proximity to the airport is a big big plus. Overall, a very pleasant stay and experience. (Our request for an additional person for an extra cost was not allowed. They insisted on taking a separate room and hence one of us had to find a cheaper alternative in the early morning somewhere else. We wondered if that was a revenue loss for the hotel as we stayed there only for 4 hours and an additional person for an additional cost would have been good for them).

For someone needs to stay and work close to Bangalore airport, then this hotel and location is best. Thats why I gave 5 star for the location. Hotel rooms are neat and very good. Rooms service, restaurant service are equally very good. Food is fantastic too. I could see lot of families, business traveller and foreigners staying at this hotel. I would definitely like to stay here in future.

Un hôtel très correct proche de l'aéroport (mais les taxis font un détour pour y aller et c'est long). Belle chambre. Douche très agréable. Plutôt calme. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner correct. Thé et café au lait très mauvais. Bonne nourriture indienne épicée. Un peu de sucré. Hotel pour un départ tôt. Si arrivée tardive, autant aller directement en ville. Depuis l'aéroport, uber ne répond pas (trop proche, pas intéressant) et les taxis facturent 1500inr, comme pour le centre ville, en disant que c'est le prix minimum.

It is not as I expected just book it from the airport. I will not consider as bad but yet not so great at hospitable. I ask for the wifi password but the reception to me that he will get back to me and never got back to me(it was a he). No room slippers. I booked 1+1+double bed room but they gave me 1+1 room(single beds) so I have to ask additional 1 more bed for us because we were 3 of is with my wife and daughter. I really don't know what to say but not my real type. The location is conveniently located near the Airport.

We were a larger group with some complex arrangements and all the staff at Click Hotel made us extremely welcome. The hotel and the rooms themselves were clean and spacious, breakfast was good and the location ideal. I would particularly like to highlight the efforts of Pooja, Purnima, Asif, Islam and Bharath in making our stay comfortable. Thank you Click Hotel!

I visited a year back the hotel looked very well but now it’s at its worst. Very poorly maintained and services. The restaurant food and service is worst and not tasty. No airport shuttle from hotel side. The spa is also not great . Overall poor.never gone stay again will try other hotels nearby shiva gateway or blossom .

Very very nice and decent hotel... I had such a pleasant stay.. food was super awesome and the staff was very very supportive and courteous... though I had a morning flight and had to rush.. without saying they packed me with a sandwich and some fruits to eat... thankyou so so much.. never had such an experience.. super recommended.

Chef Mr Salim was an excellent chef at the hotel who was well versed with all kind of cuisines and he cooks it all really well. Talking about the hospitality, Mr SK BASU handles it really well when it comes to any service or if one needs any taste to get completed. A good to stay hotel and that too near to the airport.

Stay was Great, In fact I stayed for 2 months at a strech and the day I was to Check out the staff made a big hue and cry over a stained bedsheet. I was shocked beyond words because I am a regular client there !!!

This is my experience following : we stayed on 28/01/2023, room no was 308, there was very disturbance in the room due to Ac and other, on the next day the breakfast was very spicy ,the sprouts was spoiled, hotel services and communication was very bad towards us! WAS NOT A HAPPY STAY !!!!

They have good and new rooms but unfortunately you cannot close the window so you cannot sleep ;(;( and no action to my feedback.
