Dr Hirruthyaa Manivasagan (Dr Hirru) is the best GP in Australia. I can’t recommend her highly enough, especially if you’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors. She is kind, she listens to what you have to say about your own experience, and she is great at finding solutions to problems. The clinic is very clean and spacious, there’s a lot of seating, and the nurses and receptionists are very efficient and kind. 10/10 highly recommend 5 stars If you have a chronic illness this is an amazing clinic to come to and Dr Hirru is an amazing doctor.

I would highly recommend this clinic, for their attentive, compassionate and genuine team of clinicians. I’ve seen Dr Giles and Dr Julia and had such a great experience with both doctors. Dr Julia has been my regular doctor as I’ve wanted a female, and I’m always so impressed by how she takes her time to really listen, shows sincere empathy & offers really useful and clear information. Finally found a doctor I can trust and feel comfortable with!

Dr Claire is a great doctor, thorough and gentle bedside manner. Clinic is clean and easy parking. Clinic policy is very strict, they will not see any person with cold like symptoms, regardless of age (even a baby) without a PCR test. Receptionist wouldn’t accept a rapid test, she said they were not proven to be trustworthy. Why do we have them then? Disappointed with this and I’m going elsewhere now.

I took my sick kid to see Dr Giles while on holiday in Melbourne two weeks ago and was so impressed with his bedside manner, his medical knowledge, and the lovely clinic. My kid was comfortable with him immediately and Dr Giles helped so much. I'm so grateful to Dr Giles and wish I had a doctor this good in San Francisco.

Dr Giles was kind, professional and helpful. His newly opened clinic is beautifully appointed, light filled and pleasant to be in. His receptionist was friendly and efficient. I'm pleased to have a new local GP! I recommend Clifton Hill Clinic to all local Clifton Hill residents.

Disappointing service. Felt that the doctor was judgemental to circumstances and provided wrong information on regards to booking referral appointment. Was not notified of failed blood test that required retesting. Not the level of service I would expect from a clinic.

Dr Giles Brewster is a wonderful GP, lovely bedside manner and fantastic with children. The clinic is beautiful as well, lovely, modern and bright, and spotlessly clean. I'm so glad we have found such a great local practice for our little family!

Booking an appointment online was easy. In 1 hour later. Receptionist friendly. Waiting room and toilet were clean and spacious. Doctor on time. She was friendly and attentive. I'm happy to have found a new local GP.

What a great clinic for kids! It's got to be the only one in Melbourne with a fun courtyard playground which our kids love. Dr Julia is simply wonderful and patient with the kids.

We see Dr Giles Brewster for our young toddler. He has been investigative, thorough and professional. I would happily recommend Dr Brewster to other parents in the area.

The doctors are so lovely but it’s a shame the receptionist is so rude. She has no understanding or empathy to parents with children.
