The actual gym is good. Everything is well used but still functional although you can see some wear and tear. I would rate it higher were it not for the staff. While one staff member was tidying up, after I had identified a tear in an elastic support band (the big pull up support ones) I left it out waiting for the member to finish what they were doing so I could inform them. While waiting for the people I was with, they demanded for me to put it away and refused to listen to me try to explain, interrupting me over and over until I was right infront of them showing it to them. The absolute refusal to listen to me while speaking to me like a child as I tried to explain is unacceptable. So much for "Otley's Friendliest Gym"! I came to see if switching from my current gym would be wise since it was cheaper and closer. However, I am fine with a larger price tag for staff who treat you with respect!

Otley is extremely fortunate to have a gym of this caliber in the town. The gym has multiple large spaces and never feels crowded, there is always room to complete your workout. The extensive range of equipment is extremely impressive; including cardio, plate loaded machines and resistance machines. There are 6 squat racks and 10 separate work bench stations so you never have to wait. The equipment is always kept in top condition and if something breaks it is repaired rapidly. It is obvious the owners truly care about their facility and their clients and it makes for a wonderful encouraging environment. Huge range of demographic from young to old enjoy the facility, provides a great service to the town.

I've been a member for various gym clubs for the past 35 years and I can honestly say that the club Energy in Otley has my vote for being the best gym hands down...Pat and his staff are tremendous guys and will go out of their way to help with any concerns or tips that could benefit your own goals The gym itself is very spacious and with no air condition, they use fans so in my opinion particularly with the past 3 years referring to the virus, having this system is far better and prevents spreads. And finally the member that attend the gym are really friendly guys and they make you feel welcome

After 499 trips to Club Energy, I couldn't reccomend this gym enough! Pat, Jo and the team are helpful, friendly and professional. They will do all they can to help make you feel welcome and supported. The classes are excellent, with such variety and great way to make friends, especially if you are new to the area. This gym is very unique and certainly lives up to its tagline. I am only leaving, as I'm moving out the area. Pat, you need to open up in Cheshire West! Good luck team and keep up the hard work! Local and friendly is WHO they are. What they do is equally excellent. I have been a member here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Recently struggled with motivation to get back into a routine, but the team put together a tailor made plan for me working around injuries, restricted time to go and helped mixing things up to keep it interesting. I'm 100% motivated to get going again. Brilliant service with all the equipment needed to support the progress you want to make.

I’ve been a member of Club Energy since the above Argos days. Not only are the memberships really great value for money, but the team are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The gym is well equipped - I usually visit between 7am-10am and never need to wait for a machine. I’ve enjoyed Kettlebell and Zumba classes there too - there are loads I haven’t tried yet! I love that Club Energy is a gym run by local people for local people too. A great asset to Otley!

I joined this gym about 5 weeks ago after attending step classes here. I have been a member of several other gyms previously all of which cost a lot more and never kept my interest! Club energy has changed all of that. I now enjoy going to the gym. It has friendly and enthusiastic staff who are really helpful. I look forward to going. It is excellent value for money and I recommend this gym to everyone of any shape, size or level of fitness.

I can't speak highly enough of Pat, Jo and the team - their passion and knowledge really shines through, and they have cultivated an extremely welcoming atmosphere. Beasting myself at the gym has - strangely - become the highlight of my day. I would urge anyone in the area with fitness goals to give Club Energy a try - it's undoubtedly the best gym I have ever used.

Pat Jo Ali and the rest of the team could not be more friendly or helpful whenever you need them, and not only enhanced the facilities greatly during lockdown , but went on to provide a very safe environment in the current circumstances which was greatly to their credit. A great team, great facilities and the friendliest members you could wish to meet.

I've been using Pat's gym for over 5 years now and never had a bad experience. Friendly, helpful staff and a relaxed environment - all gym patrons are very friendly and I've made some good friends here over the years. Excellent gym! Very flexible membership options. Good opening times. Huge range of equipment and large spaces, you are never waiting for equipment. Great ladies zone, huge and with proper equipment. My favourite gym in the local area. Only downside is limited parking but there is a supermarket carpark very close with 4hr free parking

Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of space to work out and your routine can be as easy or difficult as you choose. Unlike some gyms, Club Energy is definitely not full of muscle bound posers. It is also very reasonably priced with plenty of free parking just around the corner. Definitely a 'thumbs up.'

The new gym I've heard is now state of the art and all brand new equipment and it seems like management has taken in the criticism and improved their gym, i don't think you can find a gym as well equipped as club energy in a 5 mile radius. I recommend you try this gym, and I hope for the best for club energy

The facilities at Club Energy are great but it is the personal approach that sets it apart from the big gym chains. You will get expert advice and encouragement from people who love sport. You will feel at home and want to come and train. You will make progress to your goals. Top place with top people.

Once you enter the facility you can tell the quality of the gym straight away. Everything is newly furnished and up to date. The gym is cleaned to a very high standard leaving you refreshed and ready to train. Staff are friendly and have constant professionalism towards every detail.

Right from the beginning I've received nothing but support and encouragement in whatever class I've attended. Staff are really helpful and give you that much needed push to achieve goals. Would totally recommend Club Energy for both adults and children.

The best gym ive been to . the equipment is state of the art and the staff are excellent. Family run business so everyone cares about the place. The boxing area is brilliant and the coach has turned out some amazing boxers and classes are flexible

Fantastic place. So spacious with amazing amenities for all. Even has an outdoor area for people who are higher risk or concerned. Still has a varied activity list. I did the spin class, very fun, challenging and welcoming to all levels.

After moving to Otley last year the atmosphere at the gym has been extremely welcoming. The gym is always very clean with an amazing environment and always love coming to do with my sessions with the massive range of equipment on offer.

Great gym moved location a few months ago and they've done a really good job fitting it out. Ladies only section, boxing ring, large area for classes and lots of good equipment. Would definitely recommend and good value for money
