Cleanliness and Ambience: 10/10 Friendly staff: 10/10 Eyelash Tint: 10/10 Pedicure: 1/10 I moved from BC last year and have been struggling to find, "my spa." For the past 2 years I've received regular pedicures to help prevent ingrown nails and I was excited when I found Cocobella because they carry and use the BEST products. The last tint was excellent, but when the pedicure time came, I knew I was in trouble when the esthetician pulled out the nail file. The pedicure took 1.5 hours and I was in AGONY as my nails were being SANDED OFF. The feeling of my nail moving in the bed of my toe was nauseating, not to mention, she cut one of my cuticles too short and that was painful. I have softer nails and my previous experiences with exclusively using the nail file for a pedicure instead of clippers have resulted in ingrown nails. I shouldn't have to say to my esthetician, "hey, can we please use the clippers to cut?" That's what I am paying them for - knowledge, skill, professionalism, and experience. Granted, I might have had an inexperienced practitioner (we have all been there and you have to get experience somehow), but after I got home my toes were aching for the rest of the day and into the evening. 5 weeks later: I have removed my polish before my medical pedicure and the poor job on my nails is obvious. Some nails are too long, others are just right, and some are still too short. The inconsistency in the growth goes beyond, 'some nails grow faster than others.' It would be helpful if spas would scale the price of their pedicure practitioners like salons scale the price for their stylists. At least then you'd know what you were getting yourself into when you make your appointment. My deepest regret is having to pay full price for pain and a terrible job on my nails. It such a shame because I thought the spa was excellent and I was looking forward to perhaps finding, "my spa." Well, at least the polish lasted long enough to cover-up the horrendous job on my nails. They have excellent polish here, just remember, if you're new to Cocobella for pedicures: when you book, ask to see someone with LOTS of experience. I hope you have a better first experience than I did.

I was burned on my second wax. When I called with concern, I was asked “Is it because you have sensitive skin?” ..I mean, I do, however, burns shouldn’t happen no matter what type of skin you have. I was made to feel like it was a ME thing, and not something that could have been an error on the spa’s end, perhaps such as verifying the temperature of the wax before treatment. I WAS offered a skin oil sample to compensate. It didn’t work...I had to use aloe gel to help the sensation. I had my wax early September, the marks just went away and it’s now halfway through October. The aesthetician was nice, and made me feel comfortable DURING the wax, I just didn’t expect to have such consequences after. Nothing like this happened on my first wax..just very unfortunate.

First visit to Cocobella today was wonderful. Had a pedicure and brow wax with Louise. The spa is impeccably clean and well appointed. Services were expertly provided and the products used were excellent. Easily the best pedicure I've had in the last few years and the most relaxing as well. The COVID precautions are also very good, with dividers, masks, limited number of guests at once, hand sanitizing, temperature checks and even more cleaning of common surfaces than you would expect from a great spa. I'd recommend this spa to anyone in the city, but it's a definite must for anyone in the east end.

Had a pedicure and manicure on Friday. The staff was great, friendky and polite however, ibwas dissapointed with the pedicure, 3 days later and myvheels and dry and cracked. Not a great job. The person who did my pedicure seemed very new and inexperienced. The "massage" if yiu can call it that, was to lightky done I barely felt it and was done after the polish went on. Wishing I could've posted a picture of what my feet look like today.

There are few spas I have been to that have provided this level of service. The staff are very friendly and provide an excellent experience. I highly recommend Mimi for the dermaplane facial. Wow this service is awesome! I have had a pedicure, waxing, and dermaplaning done, and will never go to another spa. I am very pleased with their work and the atmosphere. I used to only attend Aveda spas and they don't even compare to Cocobella.

I went to Cocobella Spa for a mani/pedi and I had a great experience. Upon arrival, I was offered a beverage and my appointment started on time. The spa is very clean, beautiful and relaxing. The esthetician was very nice and did an amazing job! I definitely did not feel rushed and the entire experience was relaxing and pleasant. I will go back to Cocobella Spa and I definitely recommend them!

Poor organization. Not catering to potential clients during the christmas holidays. Not posting holiday hours on google or their website. Not including holiday hours on voicemails like normal businesses do. Closed Sundays and then again Monday? (christmas eve) regular hours not friendly for the average daytime worker. Something to consider Cocobella.

My experiences at this spa have all been 10/10. I've had manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows waxed, and I have zero complaints. The quality of the manicure is what makes it for me, and this place is outstanding! The quiet and calm environment - with hot or cold beverages served - complements the quality of care. I highly reccommend Cocobella Spa.

Today was my first visit for a Deep Cleanse Facial and I loved how friendly and welcoming the staff were from the get go! Tina did such an amazing job and was so personable and professional, and catered to my needs. I would 100% recommend Cocobella spa to anyone looking for a pleasant facial experience. I recently discovered this place last year and they did an amazing job with my nails! I also really liked how COVID-safe they are - there were large plastic barriers at every station and hand sanitizers everywhere, so I felt very comfortable going there. I would definitely recommend this salon to others.

Top shelf care and experience. I really enjoyed the dew facial and products used in it - the smells were especially lovely. Danica’s care was excellent. She made a great recommendation and sent me home with a couple samples too. Worth every penny!

Cocobella is in my opinion the best Spa in Orleans. The Salon is extremely clean, the staff is friendly, polite and very professional. They also take Covid very seriously by taking your temperature before you enter the Salon.
