Worst experience ever, went to collect my 'click and collect' order that was confirmed via e-mail and when I arrived there they told me that my order wasn't even processed, and I wasn't notified of it. No help at all with that! And the staff have no idea where the products are, certainly lots of room for improvement.

This is a new medium/large sized supermarket with a good range and a clean modern layout. It has a good deli and bakery and a good range of fruit and veg which is generally in a fresh condition. I need gluten free stuff and this shop has a better range than many of it own "I'm Free" range and other brands.

Absolutely love this Coles, it's big, fresh, new and staff have been lovely. This is my main Coles unless i really can't be bothered driving for 6min hahaha. Tunstall square is closer to me. But I find they don't have as much in stock. I haven't been to Woolies here since Coles opened.

Not a hater, this new store is well structured and bright, clean. But staff are bit unprofessional, new staff not familiar with operation thats fair enough, but some of them attitude was not proactive. Hope they can pick up what does Excellent customer service looks like.

Coles is a cookie-cutter supermarket chain store. It is baasically the same everywhere. My biggest pet peeve is the self-serve, where Coles has made that standard practise. Coles won't allow me at the christmas party or to their lunch room for doing their work...

This is a great Coles store. New fixtures and fittings including self-service counters with cashier style conveyors for the full trolley in addition to the standard self-serve. Normally a breeze going round the aisles and not overly busy.

Same story whether it’s Uber eats or Coles Click N Collect. It seems an impossible task to understand that Gluten Free products ordered are for someone who is Gluten Free. Ordered several GF products and received a regular loaf of bread

What a nice new Coles supermarket. I love coming to this Coles because it’s freshly renovated and is huge. Has everything i need. Located inside Blackburn shopping plaza which has been rebuilt/renovated too which makes the shopping

Best Coles in Victoria! Not sure why someone said (in reviews) it’s not a large store, as it may be the biggest Coles in Vic too. Love the self serve checkouts for when you have a trolley load, these are nearly always available.

One of the better coles I've been to. Very spacious and has great variety. Deli has premade pasta and great selection of cheese. Prefer to shop in this coles than other local ones.

Best self serve long conveyor belts. Beats those ridiculous self serve machines that you need help every second item. Still prefer to have a friendly team member.

Newer Coles supermarket (opened in May '22). Standard offering, but presented well as a newer store. Good deli and fresh selecting with a range of organic produce

A totally new store in the revamped Blackburn North Shopping Centre. Coles didn't have a supermarket here prior to the upgrade and this new store is brilliant.

Flynn & Tahlia are two great young staff members at Coles Blackburn North - they always help me and provide great customer service. Well done Coles.

Not to busy, but some customer service training is required for some of the staff. More interested in eating and talking than serving customers.

Huge Supermarket with great lighting, and good choice of different things that you would not get at smaller supermarkets, very clean store too

Although brand new the store is extremely clean and always well stocked. Never a shortage of our favourite fresh Sourdough bread

A great new shopping center with three supermarkets close to each other, cages, other shops and excellent parking.

Great shop Usually not that many people or at least it doesn't feel like it because of the size.
