While shopping 1800-1900hrs, I couldn’t help but notice the three regular predatory Vulchers hanging off the Coles employee & trash talking to hinder his routine! Cole’s management would do better to trolley collect mark down produce, take out back, apply the mark down & return at random time for regular shoppers to enjoy? In giving regular shoppers the opportunity to purchase product at the mark down price. Shoppers may buy & experience different/new product? “Sharing is caring”! Decent coles, carpark was a smart idea though people still don't know how to bloody park... Do not like that they don't have any other options for bags bar purchasing paper ones. Would rather get a cooler bag or something of the like. The exit to the self-service was frustrating too. I don't normally use them but there was someone with 1,000 items going through 12 items or less and only 1 person working the register so not a lot of choice. I do love their idea to enclose the cold cabinets to reserve power and temperature and very clear labelling of items/aisles.

Went through coles today. They have closed the normal exit and are forcing everyone to walk through liquor land. It’s not right to force children to walk through liquor land. Quite often staff are resistant to complying with coles own policies eg products scanning wrong and not complying with free policy. Staff member mentioned that I have scanned it wrong and it is my fault. Staff wouldn’t take responsibility for the fact that the clearance stickers were applied poorly. Staff are generally lacking in friendliness and customer service skills.

Love this supermarket and visit usually multiple times a week. Always fully stocked with what I need. Always more quiet than other local supermarkets, never a wait for the check out. Love the cake, cheese and merch special areas. Trolleys always available and easy to return. Appreciate the no coins needed. The car park is great with cover and extra room. All clearly labelled and never an issue of getting a park. A clean, convenient, local community supermarket that was much needed in the area and is now much enjoyed.

It was the 2nd time in 12 months that I walked around and around and around going nuts looking for feminine hygiene products. There’s no sign for it. It’s not with the makeup, dental, shavers, medical or deodorant. The sign at the top of the aisle does not hint at it. They don’t have a sign at all in the aisle. Come on. You have signs for every section of the aisles except the fem hygiene section. It’s almost like you are too afraid to mention it. Pretty bloody disappointed (pun intended).

Disgusting absolute disgrace of a store! Security are a bunch of macho, arrogant, idiots, barred me from the store for 6 months like a criminal for a scanning error! I'm a mum was shopping for dinner with my kids. IF YOUR GOING TO MAKE US DO YOUR JOB AND SCAN OUR OWN SHOP WITH NO TRAINING ON REGISTERS THEN ACCEPT THAT MISTAKES WILL BE MADE. I will never return to this Coles again and will be lodging a complaint with head office and the security company involved. Disgraceful Coles!

The place is like a prison The trolley locked as I walked out with chicken greens and alarms went off …(it was clearly visible if was chicken greens AND I STATED SO!) Having older women hover over you on the constant DOES NOT MAKE YOU FEEL ANY BETTER EITHER…. The boom gates at the check out!!! It’s all too much and is NOT a joy shopping here … even though it’s on the way home from kinder I will not be returning… I’d rather drive out to a woolies!!!

Worst coles i ever seen. Shop close at 10.00pm and they close half of their registers 7.30pm and ask customers to checkout from small kiosk machines .. just put a notice about that so we can stop coming this stupid place.. those staff who working in this place so hurry to go home so they start wiping down all the counters 2.5hrs before and what they do talk all their rubbish in front of the counters.

My sister was sick and this workplace disregarded her health and fired her, this should not be condoned. She even showed her medical certificates and said she does not feel well because of circumstances. I am disgusted with the managers and there are comments by staff saying 'I love the flexibility of work given by Coles', who is this liar. Why did my friend not receive such understanding.

This one is virtually a brand new store, with all that you would expect. All the bread is baked on site, there is a huge delicatessen, fridges of everything dairy, and wide aisles of just about everything you could hope to see in a supermarket. Even the trolleys are new so that they don't try to take a turn when you're not ready. Awesome.

New, clean coles. Never on any different day or time I have shopped there have they had a manned check out open and always seems an inconvenience to get them to open one. Shopping there weekly pretty much every week i gave trouble getting all items on my list. Good bakery, small meat section in deli. Great selection of cheeses..

A better than most Coles stores. Friendly staff, a Deli and bakery, make it better than the average Coles. I'm now a convert to scanning and packing my groceries. I'm not much slower, but I can pack better than most of the checkout staff and not damage delicate items. This is still a great store.

They don’t let anyone shop here!!!! Disgusting customer service. I was trying to sneak a cooked chicken and some multivitamins in my pants on my way out, and I was stopped by a rude worker who told me that it’s illegal!! Last time I checked it’s a free country. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

Last time i was there i had managers stalking me around the store just because i had a few tattoos an piercings , had a employee stand directly behind me for ages until i turned around an asked if everything is ok and she turned an walked off , deeply unsettling and annoying experience

There was a lovely lady little with brown hair, as didnt get her name.9/01/23 She was the most helpful out of all her colleagues, who helped me with a few gift cards. She should be acknowledged for her customer service, and other staff members should take note with customer service

Excellent place to shop.clean and polite staff.everything you need is at Coles.there are toilets in the centre coffee place chemist pizza place and I think fish and chips and Coles has a bottle shop!really worth visiting the new Botanic ridge shopping centre

Brand new store, nice interior. It was clearly designed for lots of self checkout -> 1 star for absolutely zero staff. There are plenty of staff available to work, Coles simply doesn't deem this location busy enough.

First time visiting this Coles and it's new, clean and staff are friendly and efficient. Stock levels are not bad at all but most importantly products are sorted and stored nicely and neatly. Recommended.

Nice store but no staff. 6pm on a Friday and not a single register open. Either serve yourself or have less than 12 items. Really poor. Young girl was under pump and tried to call for help and none came

Store well layed out and ample space to move between Isles even when busy. Love the bakery and the fresh bread. Could do with a few more registers open during the busier periods.

Love shopping at this coles..product layout very well planned and easy to find everything you need..not cluttered has a spacious layout..staff very helpful and happy …

i went to this coles and i will not be returning due to this woman named 'Naz' she was so rude and had no customer service skills. she yelled at me, very disappointed

Was a nice new shopping centre sone canopis in the carpark for shelter. Nice parks with buffer zones in-between to allow for doors and trolleys.

Love having a really fully featured and stocked supermarket in our little community! All the staff have been so nice every time I'm there.

Nice country style Coles only problem is no Bubble and Squeek or Coles cookies and cream ice cream apart from that very convenient.
