One of the worst stores overall for service! 99/100 times I visit there is 1 register open which is at the service counter. Occasionally I see 2 when it is busy and some Customers waiting for phone recharge or Cigarettes perhaps will walk off because the Manager fails to notice the needs of this store. Remember as a Customer we can take our Money to your Competitors if our Money is not important? UPDATE AS REQUESTED: Well just visited this store again. Newest problem I see is Coles wide! I see "ALOT" of reduced meats at end date which tells me Head Office should re check their pricing as its clearly evident we won't pay higher prices for a few items. Instead of wasting good food cateringfor the richer, allow us all to enjoy it.

Yesterday I was blown away by the young cashier lad Ezekiel who cheefully said to me after i paid and was leaving the store..." Don't go back to Woolworths Sir, this new Coles store is heaps better that Woolworths" Having come from a customer service background myself i was very impressed with his positive, professional, and passionate disposition. It was as if i was in a small country town family owned supermarket getting served by the owners son. Ezekiel is a natural people person and a real asset. In fact i've been back serveral times and every Coles team member i have engaged with has been 100% genuine in their customer service. Well done Coles and Bye Bye Woolworths.

I frequently use this store as it is the closest supermarket to me (to lazy to drive to Brimbank shopping centre 2kilometres further on) but no more!! bananas at Cairnlea $3.90 per kilo at coles in Brimbank $2.00 a kilo & this is very common for fresh fruit .When I asked why such a difference between stores I was told buy the man who was refilling the fruit counter ,he says oh there is no competition at this store so we can charge what is the normal price..REALLY? So this means every coles that is in a shopping centre with an opposition supermarket must be losing a lot of money !!yeah pull the other one

Great staff., Great service., I was there to get fresh grapes for my nephew 14 months old. The girl at the front desk ‘Tayler’ and ‘shannon’ from the produce departments both helped me to get the fresh grapes from the back. Tayler who is doing at the front confectionary filling, when approached her for grapes , she came with me all the way, checked on aisles and went inside to check for the grapes. Such a great customer experience. Well done.

Very bad customer service. I have taken 2 pictures for special sticker one 2/10/2023 second one 3/10/2023.first time they said that they put the special sticker on wrong spot and said sorry and next they the sticker is in same spot again said sorry.They don’t care about customers. I am daily customer of this store, but they don’t care. That’s happening always with this particular store. Basically they say sorry but they don’t care.

So disappointed in the Cairnlea coles... I was not able to get my shopping to the car because of the ridiculous sensors on their shopping trolleys!!!!! What imbeciles put sensors on their trolleys! Furthermore whilst shopping trying to purchase salami at the deli I was ignored by the girl for 5 minutes! at which point I had to leave without ordering anything. I think I will be shopping at Safeway from now on...

I don't know who or whom had the "amazing" idea to take away the deli department!!! BIG MISTAKE. Coles try to replace the humans working at deli with a big fridge. Sorry but a lot of customers we still missing the interaction with a human being. Probably they just trying to save money but that decision was not correct, I don't know but I believe Coles has lost customers with this bad decision.

The Cairnlea Coles never has anyone to serve you if you have a trolley full with a large shop. You have to use the express checkout or self service checkout. When you ask staff to open the conveyor belt checkout counter they say "sorry we don't have anyone to man it". Very bad service. I live locally but am fed up with this and will start shopping elsewhere.

It's good but I come in the morning the service was so slow only 1 register for at least 10 or more customers and kids from primary school getting some snacks it was so slow i was so engry i got only 1/2 hour i thought was enough but I always running late i think I have to go to keilor down Coles

Unfortunately when we moved, my favourite Coles became more inconvenient and further to get to. This is now our local Coles, which I don't mind; it's not bad. It just doesn't beat the Keilor Central Coles. Located inside the Cairnlea shopping centre and closes ~10pm - I think - every night.

Some staff members aren't very helpful and at times will try and avoid customer queries but other staff members can be very helpful. Often they'll only have one or two check out counters open which can be frustrating when it is busy. They do however have self check out so that helps.

Your Manager must be best mates with Dan Andrews aka Dan Jong Un. It takes a self centred heartless management to raise prices during this epidemic. We are all doing it tougher. Not Coles as they take MORE from the Poor to satisfy the Fat Greedy Shareholders. Shame on you Coles!

Coles is conveniently located in the corner of Cairnlea Dr and Furlong Road. It offers a wide variety of grocery items and food items for people with special dietary requirements. The also has some fresh produce, deli, meat poultry and seafood sections.

Coles have many different sizes of supermarkets which I find very convenient. I visit 3 Coles in my local area that catering to all my shopping needs. I always know I will find the product I want with no hassles

Fantastic to have a good sized grocery store within walking distance from home. The staff is friendly and I call them by name and they know me too. Feels good to shop there and parking outside is plentiful.

next to home so it's good.. closes 10pm mostly self checkout with one or 2 manned. wish they had a halal section have to travel to derrimut or keilor downs just for hotdog. staff their are pretty good thou

No deli anymore, all self serve checkouts. It's terrible, poor selection of food in the pretend deli. Used to be so much better. All they care about is cash getting rid of all the staff. Terrible place.

Good store design and variety of products. Location is easy to access and convenient. Plenty of parking too. Sometimes you cant find the staffs when needed but overall still good store.

I lived in Cairnlea a few years back then. Moved to Taylors Lakes and I still shop for groceries at Coles Cairnlea, especially kids formula has discounts better than other shops.

Relatively big store with most general needs ,wide selection of everything, but bakery runs out of most breads some nights , which is a pain for people shopping after work.

The toilet paper aisle now looks like the deli, they both have nothing in them..... 2 years later the deli has removed that many items that its closed down

The website says the store closes at 11pm, got at this store at 9:55pm and this trolley guy was just saying it closes at 10pm.Wasted my time driving there!

A perfect size for the late night bread milk or salty snack run. A compact layout means getting in and out is a breeze! My favorite Coles in the area

This Coles is always serverly under stocked, The deli lady in the evening is rude & refuses to slice anything for you at 15 mins before closing,

Nice and neatly presented so it's easy to make your way around and get what you need. It's a small store but it has the essentials.

This is a smaller sized coles with more limited options however no complaints Direct to boot service is great! Never had an issue

expensive...no competion at the centre...only go here in emergencies...staff don't know their own scanning code of practice.
