First time at this store. Typical Coles supermarket but much larger than Coles at Caulfield Plaza. Parking is free for 2 hours then a high fee is charged. After 6 PM Its free for 3 hours. Large below ground car park. Tram stop nearby which is handy. Overall a good replacement for the Caulfield East Coles which closed on July 30th 2023.

Nice new Coles supermarket in the relatively new Caulfield Village block. The supermarket is large, nicely presented and well stocked. Most staff are friendly and helpful, greeting you with a smile at the check outs. Despite having a large bakery area, the items are inconsistent and certain products will go missing for days/weeks

Nice new store however the service is terrible. Plenty of staff standing around not serving anyone. I waited for 10mins customers to finish on the self serve checkout whilst an abundance of other checkouts sat vacant yet closed. Staff then almost charged me for an item they couldn't sell me as it was recalled! Crazy!

Ordered via uber eats, 3-4 items misplaced and baggage was half torn when I received the order. I ordered papaya and instead they gave me butternut pumpkin!!! How they even match? Like do you guys follow the customer instructions or just pick whatever easy for you? This is absolute disappointment

Decent coles, not much character, not a great variety compared to coles nearby. It is new, so is fairy clean and organised. Would probably prefer to go to the other Caulfield coles if they were the same distance apart. There is a deli available which is a good thing.

Coles is my “usual” shopping outlet for food. This afternoon I bought two pieces of meat to cook for some visitors who came for dinner. The shoulder Lamb and Beef were the worst meat I have had for a cery long time.

For the size of the store, they're missing a lot of products. As for customer service, the younger ones could do with more training in just the basic customer service (a greeting, a smile and basic interaction).

This is such a great Coles and is so much better than the old Coles near the train station. An in store bakery, large deli, and massive range of products makes this a much more enjoyable place to shop!

Decent supermarket. Has almost every product in the coles supermarket range as well as spacious and easy to navigate. Liquorland attached to the left is pretty big as well. Has self serve belts too.

We have been calling the click and collect number for minutes and then walked up to the coles and the lady at the checkout counter sent us to the guy called Kumar at the service desk.

Store is nice however it is much busier and often has less stock than Caulfield Plaza store. Caulfield Plaza store is also in a much better location, will continue to use it instead.

Spacious and good range of products. If you try taking a trolley outside the electric wheel will jam up, so just ask an assistant to unlock it for you.

Access and parking are tricky with only single lane roads and one access point on busy Racecourse Rd. I would avoid and shop elsewhere.
