Visited the newly renovated store last week, was very disappointed to see no normal staffed registers, only self check outs. I will not be returning unless this is rectified. Coles need to realize this is not progress, by removing the human touch at the registers you are pushing customers to other stores like Woolworths, IGA etc.

Always consistently helpful friendly staff, well stocked shelves. I wish they'd stop changing the layout... then leaving old aisle signage up.
