"The effort to make sure everyone was checking in on QR codes and wearing masks on entry, with employees greeting everyone at the entrance and reminding them and offering hand sanitiser was excellent to see and very reassuring"
"Absolutely disgraceful customer service this morning (Sunday) 1 register open, with a massive line, 1 staff member working self serve with about 10 customers lined up waiting to scan their own items, my 2 bottles of water wouldn’t scan, I was then asked if I would go check the price for the worker as there was no one else around, it’s bad enough I’m doing Coles’ job scanning my own items Noel’s they want me to go check prices, cmon Coles, in the end I left the bottles of water as the situation was going nowhere, this is/ was my local supermarket, never again"
"Nice store but don't go in the morning or evening"
"Love this store"
"For the second week in a row, I check the bill and see some of the items I bought, their prices are different from what they are displayed"
The effort to make sure everyone was checking in on QR codes and wearing masks on entry, with employees greeting everyone at the entrance and reminding them and offering hand sanitiser was excellent to see and very reassuring. I felt this was a safe place to shop for groceries. However, once inside I did see a group of three people and another man separately who were unmasked. I shouted at them but they just sulked off sheepishly. I'm sure the Coles staff were doing their best. Aside from that I was pleased to see a very good fish section with fresh fish. I bought a salmon head for making soup. Nice fresh bread also. Better fresh food than the average Coles branch.

Nice store but don't go in the morning or evening. The isles are partially blocked in the evening with staff restocking shelves and boxes everywhere. Guessing they don't roster enough staff to have self service or main check outs open at these times. Awkward when you go to pay with a trolley and only check out open is the small ones at cutomer service! Not ideal for those of us needing to do a shop after school drop off or on our way home from work. Feels very unwelcoming for a customer.
Love this store. Maybe because it's new. But nice wide spaces. Love how you can get the meats from vertical fridges instead of open ones. Everything is seems tidy and well stocked. And the staff are so lovely. Especially the staff in click and collect. I go with my kids who get out to help pack the shopping and the staff is always so friendly to them. This isn't even my closest store. I have 2 other coles closer to me but prefer this one overall.
For the second week in a row, I check the bill and see some of the items I bought, their prices are different from what they are displayed. Today, for example, I spoke to one of the workers at the information desk, and he apologized and returned one dollar to me. And the previous week there was a difference of six dollars. Even the employees there did not follow the Coles policy when such problems happen.
So nice! A full size Coles. Even has electric car charging station. Best of all has covered parking for a major percentage of the area and also Senior parking bays near the entrance. Of course it has disabled and family/pram parking. Interestingly they sell products that Woolworths don't. But why can't I buy a single bread roll, only a 6 pack? Still a great place to shop!
One of the biggest coles i have Seen display Wise, products are displayed like warehouse, in bulk, price are always Affordable, I don’t know why I feel I like Coles more than Other competitors. May be it’s the price, may be specials, may Be fly buy Point.may be Point To collect free ware. My place to Buy Everything including Asian Groceries in reasonable price.
Good coles, newly opened in cobblebank. Only downside i feel is that they usually have 2 staffed checkout registers and mostly 1-2 staffed converyor only. I mostly go for self served but sometimes have to wait in line to get served via the staffed conveyor.I think when it gets busy they should atleast try and operate atleast 3 of those.
Shop has alot of products. Alot of parking space also next o other shops very easy to walk to. Expect coles to be very busy in weekends and public holidays. Most quiet times are 1hr before closing for the day. I come here every weekly. Prices are reasonable and shop always clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Over all 8/10.
Nice store, lately have been using click and collect, staff very nice who bring orders out and packed nicely. Only downside is that a sign required to inform vehicle must be in attendance at all times. On a number of occasions have had to drive around a number of times as inconsiderate people park in spots and go into shopping centre.
It's a big shopping centre where you can purchase anything you want. I went there with my pastor to buy something for Family, we bought Pizzas and drinks. It's a big store make sure you don't get lost in there. I recommend this place to you, Go and pay a visit and I'm sure you won't get out of the store empty handed. God Bless You.
Prices are becoming absolutely ridiculous. The specials are now just a bit more than the original price, same price on a good day. 1 bag of shopping can easily cost $70-$100 or more. And their gimmick of prices being "locked" until a certain date is stupid, raising prices consistently isn't locking in any price.
The store is clean, except on nights where they are restocking, even then it's clean, it's just there are lots of stock trolleys out. The staff are great. Mostly see Sharon because I come in at night, she is so lovely and helpful, makes doing boring chores like grocery shopping a pleasant experience.
Great new coles located in Melton, it had a great layout and if clean and fresh. The down side was that I was hoping it would be a new zero waste or even a low waste store but unfortunately it is not. Hopefully it will be updated in the future to allow for BYO bottles or containers.
Absolutely fantastic young lady served me this morning. Was going in circles looking for a product that was hard to find. DEVIYANI stepped in, searched it, and got it within minutes for me. Can not praise her high enough! Just as beautiful Internally as she is externally.
Shopping at Coles' newest outlet in Melton at Cobblebank is a breeze: its proximity to covered parking lots, it's locality at the walking-distance new Cobblebank station and its main attraction: Coles Cobblebank Shopping sign makes shopping
I’m not one to leave reviews but today I left coles with my blood boiling! Had absolutely no issues with this store until today. They had only one register open, with three trollies backed up waiting, so we decided to go to self checkout,
It's incredibly disappointing to see that Coles don't take diets such as vegan and vegetarian seriously. Whether it is by choice or due to dietary requirements such as allergies and intolerances plant based foods such as "fake meats" are
Even I live in the Atherstone estate, but I don't like this Coles. The store is small, narrow walkways/aisle etc - give me an impression that I am in an Indian grocery shop. I prefer going to the Coles store near the Melton South station.
I recently visited the Coles store and had an interaction with an employee named Sharon. I was disappointed by the service I received as she seemed to have a fake smile and spoke to me in a rude manner. It's unfortunate when customer
I like this little shopping area. Seems as though stock levels are pretty low in vegetable area. Would be great to pick up a roast chicken after work during the week but the last batch comes out at 4pm so it’s hit n miss
Ur lucky if there's a register open. Mostly self service. If it wasn't for the staff, 1 star. Bought chicken $1 off- noticed when got home, was out of date the next day!! They Don't have the stock, other store's have.
I sometimes go here during my lunch break if I need to grab some top up groceries. Everything you would expect from a Coles store. Lots of parking available and a nice selection/variety to choose from.
Large shop and spoilt for choice. Love that they have self serve dog treats section and self serve macaroons section. Good under shade sail parking and set parking for disabled and elderly is a plus.
young fella by the name of declan gave his time in locating the choc ripples for my beloved choc ripple cake this festive season! 10 out of 10 customer service from the kid, give him a star!!!!
Absolutely love shopping at this site. There is always plenty of parking, the aisles are really wide and there is a huge range of items available. Heaps of 'Ready to Eat' stuff available too.
Convenient just struggling with the parking as very limited when very busy on the weekends and afternoons. We will need a bigger complex with this fast growing area for residence
Staff gets 5 star but most isles are usually empty so that gets 1 star. Hardly any products are on discount and not much variety. It doesn't fulfil my needs for groceries.
Magnificent new style store. Wide aisles and well laid out format. Parking is great with shade sails for the wet or hot days. Might become my new regular store methinks.
Very big store, clean and also noticed quite a lot of employees on hand. Hardly saw an empty shelf, well stocked. Car parking is easy and also partly undercover.
I have ring coles Cobblebank but they are not Answering my phone calls pretty pathetic. I’ve rang them five times now and they have not answered. not happy.
One of the best Coles I've ever been too. Vi the produce manager is the nicest strongest person. He helped me pick all the freshest watermelons ever
Still have the opportunity to have staff serve you, rather than having to stand there and scan items, charge yourself all without taking a wage.
Place is clean, reasonably stocked. Service needs work. Have come to shop and the shelves are very low stock, then it looks tacky.
Fantastic stuff always welcomed with a smile unfortunately not much in frozen goods but apart from that all around great
Coles is always first for cheapest price in an Australian and everyone is enjoying this service for daily usage
COBBLEBANK SHOPPING CENTRE SLOWLY EXPANDING BUT GREAT FOR RESIDENTS OF COBBLEBANK AND STRATHTULLOH
Beautiful new coles clean and fresh. Have sushi, salad, macaroni station. Fresh product and deli.
Very good place for shopping . Big Carpark and very close to Cobblebank rail station .
Pretty modern looking. But I don't like the cameras above you when at self-serve
Great store fairly new. Huge choice. Bit ruluctant to give refund on overcharge.
Pleasant store to visit. Not too busy, undercover parking. Nice store.
Clean good variety sometimes more in stock than other Coles in area
Decent variety although often find items out of stock on shelves
Your typical Coles. If you've seen one you've seen them all.
Great staff...Anupama keep up the great work
Pretty good, as far as supermarkets go.
Best Grocery and Indian Sweets store .
Looks very modern and clean.
