Rude security guard at 720pm on 17-7-23. Said they have closed for stocktake. The sign on the door said 730pm. But also, update the app or google listing with the correct time and not waste people's time. Only had to get 1 item. I could see people in the store still shopping. Absolute joke.

Don’t order coles delivery if you live in the area. Before moving here, I never had any issues with my coles deliveries. They removed the expiry year from the package and three items was missing from the delivery. I can’t believe I paid $11 delivery fees for expired item.

Coles at Coburg Village is a good place to shop, the fruit and veggies are all of good quality,there's a backery on sites and the bread is delicious,there's also a delicious section. The meat and poultry are always good. Basically, everything you need is under one roof.

Excellent customer service staff are very friendly and polite and really helpful with people me and my wife recommend a lot of people to go there coburg coles is better to go to, to do shopping not the one in Barkly square cause they are very rude to their customers

Staff old and have very little customer service.. the groceries are all over the place, worst coles.. the aisles don't make sense... No deli... woolies up the road... sorry better parking and I know where everything is... really stupid moving items around

Very nice staff named Jenny who just put the cash and the receipt on the counter and looked away talking to the other staff instead of handing the cash to customer, no thank you no nothing. She even refused looking at me. What a beautiful service!

It's a very old school, unrenovated Coles. The product section was half empty and had a depressing vibe.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. But car park is small, so simply park in the large car park opposite.
