Why Google hasn't got any negative marks for a review? The worst Coles branch and all the credit to their rude employees especially a girl Tayla. She's so arrogant that she doesn't even know how to talk with customers. I asked for an exchange of a frozen item as I brought another flavour by mistake, and one of the employees at counter grabbed this frozen item and asked me to go and look for my favourite flavour. When I came with it, "Tayla" said that they don't do exchange for frozen. When I told her that it was one of their employees who asked me to look for my favourite flavour to exchange, I was surprised to get her reply "HE IS NOT A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER". WOW They should have mentioned this at first. By the time, they handed me over that frozen item ( brought at first), it was all melted and they didn't even have this courtesy to keep it refrigerated while I was looking for my flavour. I respect Coles policy but what I mean is if they had mentioned this at first when I asked for it, it would have been a much better experience for me. They have no management SKILLS, no customer dealing. Coles will definitely witness a fall in its reputation if it still hires employees like it has hired in this Dandenong plaza branch.

This morning I visited this store for the first time. A cashier called JYOTI put a "this cashier is closed" sign on her counter when she saw me walking to her checkout counter. However, she did not leave the counter, another customer walked over, and she moved the sign away, so I lined up again, and she put the sign in front of me again. First time I saw a staff is PICKING which customer she want to serve. When I was preparing to check out, the lady asked me in a very rude tone, "Did you come this morning". After I denied it, she stared at me and questioned me again, "Are you sure you haven't?" I said you could check the monitoring. And She said you couldn't buy 5 gift cards. I said that the coles policy is limited purchase 5 cards per person. I want to tell this lady called JYOTI that your duty is to serve customers. You SHOULD NEVER serve customers with SUCH BAD ATTITUDE. And Don't pretend that you are the boss of Coles. If you can't do this, you are NOT suitable for the service industry.

Have been shopping here for about 6 years now and every single time I get stalked by a security guard! EVERY TIME!!! For the last 6 years. not the coles staff, they're great that's why I shop here. But every time I've walked in here I've been stalked by security guards in fluoro vests and been made to feel like I'm doing something wrong, just for going to get dinner. I've had enough! Funny thing is I'm a white guy with a shaved head and tattoos. And every time security stalks me... let's just say they're obviously discriminating against my skin colour. Never been stalked by a white security guard when shopping here... Just saying

I had a bad experience today - it's usually ok here EXCEPT the trolleys are old and so hard to push! Today there were no trolleys, big or small, the lady behind the service desk apologised and said there was nothing she could do. I didn't believe her I walked back out to the carpark with my walking stick and found myself a loose and brand new Aldi trolley. For once I came home without sore knees. If only they weren't so good at stocking everything I need - or I'd never go back.

You were lucky to find a trolley to do your shopping some time ago,... now nothing! An absolute disgrace!! A milk bar has more to offer. Close it! There is hardly any variety anyway. It is this specific Coles that sucks! And certain members of the staff are really very unprofessional. They would be fired on the spot for the way they behave. I went to Woolies shopped and out of curiosity came to see if there was any trolley but NOT EVEN ONE!!

Not so much variety even there's a lot of people shopping here. Dandenong Coles near Princess Highway and Dandenong Coles waverley garden have so much to choose from. They're trolleys are also easy to use. I always have issues with Coles Dandenong plaza trolley, it's like to wheels are lock and sometimes it's either turning left or right even if you push it straight. You won't notice this until you put things on it.

Bad customer service. The staff are absolutely rude and unwelcoming. This old staff member at the cash registry named Marie didn't greet us and worse she was rushing us to pay when we hadn't even put the goods into our trolley. She then started to being rude to us and yelled at us. This is just one the series scenarios that staff members being rude to customers. So unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP THERE

I just needed to grab some milk for my cup of tea, on my way home. And Coles Supermarket was on my way. So I stopped by and did not expect to see I observed about the people. They seem to be quite calm, no rush and I saw like a peace on their faces. I was amazed because usually there is a rush, especially after 5.00 pm. Also the place was clean and tidy. It was so pleasant.

Fresh produce variety of fruit and veg.. Lean pork and beef sizzle steaks which is a weekly staple of mine.. I saw prosciutto and cheese roll up snack from the chilled meat section which I couldn't resist.. It was a great find and just what the doctor ordered.. I love shopping at Coles (no, I wasn't paid to endorse the company lol) but I love Coles.. The meat and bakery there are awesome..

Management needs to improve the workers need to have a friendlier attitude towards customers and products need to be sorted instead of all over the place and their self-service registers need to be working properly. Their are problems that need to be looked at not enough is being done including products that are online and say there in store when their's not.

This is a coles where you always feel a little worried you might get mugged. It's never happened to me before but nonetheless it's in a rough area. It used to be open 24hoursbut I think due to crime it had to start closing during the night. Staff are always helpful. This Coles caters its food to the demographic of the area which is really smart.

Disappointed at the rude manner shown to me from the ‘door greeter’ at this store. I asked a question regarding trolleys (the one I had taken out was broken) and she said ‘not my job’ before insisting I leave the store without giving any reasons before I even entered. Pretty pathetic, won’t be going back here. You’ve lost a good customer.

I love this shop and wish I could take it back to england with me. The layout of fruit & veg as you enter is amazing, nothing is plastic packaged, you buy everything individually, so you can pick out exactly what you want. The aisles are clearly marked, the stock varieties are huge. I really wish the UK had this level of service

This turbine security guard is very aggressive towards people especially someone who has epilepsy grabs me by my throat I tell him to let me go he tells me no and no matter what I did he throws me into the fruit and vegetable stand never shopping there again what gives a security guard the right to put their hands on someone

Terrible experience, probably the worst Coles I’ve ever visited. Nov 23 at 2pm, the middle eastern lady at Customer Service was extremely unhelpful. I asked if I could leave my bag while I grabbed one thing she said no but I could get a trolley. But can’t do that either when paying by phone. So move along...next! …

DOWN, DOWN, THE QUALITY AND SERVICE IS DOWN....LOL. Coles suck as do Woolworths. Wish more people would go to their local butchers, bakers, greengrocers and bottle-O's. They support and supply local farmers and produce. Coles are overpriced due to a duopoly that still exists with Safeway that rips off Aussies.

Customer service is so worse. One of their staff member “Amanda” she is so rude and racist she don’t know how to talk with someone. I asked her couple pf things as I visited this place for first time but she just ignored me and passed by. This is the kind of behaviour you supposed to do with customers.

Plastic trolleys are needed to replace those metallic trolleys that make funny steel noises and the odd wheel tends to get stuck from lack of grease or something making it stuck. What keeps Coles going is stock where Woolworths may not stock those I chose where the Woolworths app says not available.

Worst Coles I have been to, staff are rude, not helpful, there was no trolley, the staff told me to get it from outside the shopping centre, I just went to Woolworths were they had heaps of trolley and staff were happy to come and unlock a trolly, Coles as lost a customer will never go there again.

I needed assistance to find twine or string. I approached 2 staff in an aisle ar approx. 8:10am and was not acknowledged and made to feel like asking a question was a burden on their day. Very dismissive attitudes and focused on their own day. I have not been back since and will avoid.

The sercurity today on Monday 13th of December at around 12pm was extremely rude accusing me of stealing a small bottle of sprite, which was half finished from my lunch not long before. He needs to learn how to learn how to speak to people and not accuse.. I'm discustard..

Each time I have come to shop over here there hasn't been a trolley inside. There have been a few good staff members who have been polite and friendly .unfortunately I have been shopping at Woolworths lately as they have lots of trolleys and easy access to the car park.

It is a very clean place. Has abundant shops and food courts to tailor less fortunate buyers who are refugees and other countries that are poor. The plaza has cheaper prices for good quality. They even have Reading cinemas which is a fantastic place to be..X x

Not my regular supermarket. Only when I am in the mood to buy Walnuts...this is the only .place where you can weigh the amount of nuts you want ..and pay according to weigh.. Unlike Woolworth. It's prepack and pay the price weather you like it on not...

No drivable trolleys! I go in to enjoy my shopping and end up struggling to make my trolley go straight and all pleasure is gone! Something so easy to fix but they do not care. They should show some respect! Those trolleys are disgusting.

Security followed me every aisle I went down, made me feel so uncomfortable that I did not want to continue my shopping there, so I put my basket at the counter and told worker my issue, and he really couldn't care less and said "oh ok"

Contact tracing was in place, one staff at entrance asked for QR code or put details in log book which is very important during lockdown. One area of improvement could be the clearness of the store, so it should be better cleaned.

I visited the store at 10:30am and no trolleys were available, I normally wouldn’t care but needed to buy some heavy items I would kinda expect trolleys available at that time of morning, very inconvenient Coles

Only been 4 times on different days, but always found it relatively quiet and easy to get around. Seems well stocked and sell standard products for a Coles. No deli counter but stock pre-packed in fridges.

Every time I am at this store, the trolleys are either a challenge to find or a challenge to return (cannot find another trolley in any bay to attach it to so I can get my 1$ coin out)

This store seems pretty good. It looked well-stocked when I came through to buy some snacks for a houseparty. Checkout service was pretty good. I would come back if I was in the area.

Its a large Coles, entrance from outside or inside plaza during plaza open Hours. Closes early at 10pm. Go to the Coles on Princess hwy after 10pm, it closes at midnight instead.

An average sized Coles with whole range, same products, same prices and same friendly staff. On this boxing day early morning shelves were empty and only one checkout was opened.

Staff is very supportive and things are easily accessible here. Sometimes I don't get stuff available at other stores but here things are usually available.

Still annoyed that they let people on without masks on. Also I think their trading hours on Google are wrong because all entrances are closed around 7:30.

This Coles is comes in handy, specially After you do your fruits and veggies shopping, then you just drop by to finalize your General groceries shopping.

I almost find myself there couple of days a week. I love Cole's milk products. What I would recommend Coles to include is, add more halal items please.

The Dandenong Plaza is a great place to shop. Coles is a good store, but lacks the variety of its other stores. Still good though.

They never have trollies inside the store its very annoying to walk in and have to walk back out to look for your own trolley
