Lovely store, amazing service from a cashier named Anthony. He was very helpful and cheerful, he did a great job packing my bags. I saw him wipe down the register before and after serving me, nice to see staff following rules to make a more safe and pleasant shopping experience for all, especially during these times. Amazing work!

We are doing our weekly shopping from coles from last 5 years. Friendly & helpful staff. Great customer service. But from last couple of weeks facing problems with stock. Last week milk was finished when ask we were told delivery didn’t came. So most of the time problem with stock filling, need improvement.Rest of all is great.

Only shop here out of necessity as it is so close to home. Rarely have enough staff on registers (especially weekend mornings), staff in the deli often go walkabout so you're standing there waiting, shelves are often understocked, especially the milk fridge and bread. Definitely the worst Coles I've shopped at.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been shopping with Coles all the time, but this Cole I would never come back again. The lady at the reception is very rude and not helpful! When we ask her for help she acted impolite and impatient. Disappointed at Coles now, heading to wws from now on!

Lettuce looked like they had been there for a week. Soft and mushy . Three customers at deli counter and not one staff member present . After several minutes waiting one disinterested staff member appeared. No decent selection of cold meats, the ham trays were nearly empty. Not happy.

Good Coles branch. Convenient location along Derrimut Road in the western suburbs. It feels really spacious in here even though other branches are literally bigger. Perhaps this one is properly laid out and organised.

Excellent. Aisles are nicely organised with huge option of products. Store attendants were nice, cooperative and articulate. Ample car parkings. As a first time visitor, my experience is very good.

'Assisted' checkouts allow you to do-it-yourself, milk oddly placed beyond everything else you don't need and end-of-life plants up front marked at $40. You can't go wrong, highly recommend.
