"Horrible store, I do my shopping once or maximum twice a week, every time I walk into this store they treated me like I am a Theft, i walk to the shops so i need to put things into the recycle shopping bags to make sure they all fit in for me to carry home, I always use a trolley, never cover the bags with anything, but every single time at the self check, they stare like I am about to run with my trolley, fine, you want to make sure I scan EVERYTHING, but almost always right when I'm scanning, the lady will come over and say"
"I am very disappointed with being a first time order, and the lack of consideration and concern by your online customer service team"

The supermarket offers a variety of products ranging from fresh produce to packaged goods, household items, meats, and more. Coles has made shopping for goods easy by providing an online shopping service where customers can order their goods online, and the products are delivered right to their doorsteps. The store also has a wide range of services such as a bakery, butchery, and deli selection that offers fresh meat, cheese, and other gourmet items. Coles Endeavour Hills supermarket is open seven days a week, and the opening hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Additionally, the store offers different promotions and discounts, so customers can shop for their favorite products at reasonable prices. The store also cares about the environment and has implemented several measures to reduce their environmental footprint, such as donating unsold food to charities and feeding animals instead of wasting them. In conclusion, Coles Endeavour Hills supermarket is a one-stop-shop for all your grocery and household needs. The store offers a vast selection of quality products, and it's open seven days a week.
On Tuesday, they only had maple streaky bacon. On Wednesday, they only had Australian made streaky bacon at $16kg, so I purchased 1/2 kg and later found out it in fact was maple. On Thursday morning, I rang to speak with the store manager Muhammad who denied they changed the labels. When I entered the store to get a refund, I noticed that now the streaky maple bacon was $25kg and the non streaky middle bacon was $16kg. As I explained to Muhammad the potential health risks to a diabetic with incorrect labelling, he continued to deny they changed labels, then suddenly took a step back, placed his hand up, told me to take a step back as if he's been threatened, grabbed the wrapped bacon to return, told me to stop filming and called security. Security viewed the footage of Muhammad's gaslighting escalating performance and told me to report him to head office. After 25 years of shopping there, I've never seen such appalling dishonest behaviour from a manager of a store, who could of just admitted that a clear error was made.
Horrible store, I do my shopping once or maximum twice a week, every time I walk into this store they treated me like I am a Theft, i walk to the shops so i need to put things into the recycle shopping bags to make sure they all fit in for me to carry home, I always use a trolley, never cover the bags with anything, but every single time at the self check, they stare like I am about to run with my trolley, fine, you want to make sure I scan EVERYTHING, but almost always right when I'm scanning, the lady will come over and say....you haven't scan these, are these from our a store? Well, I didn't stop scanning or trying to pay, I was in the middle of scanning, if you want to say I stole something, wait until I paid and try to walk out of the store with things that I didn't pay, not when customers are in the middle of putting things through the register. If you want to be disrespected, humiliated, go to this store, they are really good at it.
I am very disappointed with being a first time order, and the lack of consideration and concern by your online customer service team. 1) I was originally notified of the window of delivery 11:40am – 12:40pm 2) Within 10 minutes, this was moved from 1:00pm – 2:00pm, I then rang the Endeavour Hills store and spoke with Gail who apologised for her driver Brian and she couldn’t understand why this has been delayed. 3) I then jumped on, and it was moved again – from 1:10pm – 2:10pm. I had then submitted feedback about this and received a very inconsiderate and generic response from consultants Ashu and David. I am aware that the delivery time is between 6:00am – 2:00pm, but the changes in this time is ridiculous. 4) Now, moved to 2:30pm It takes 15 minutes from Endeavour Hill to Glen Waverley. I would like a solution with this. I am incredibly disappointed, my time of delivery of our Christmas Party Team Food has been changed 4 times.

I was kicked out from coles online for having a ethnic surname, my orders were cancelled and account suspended, i only shopped with them once, and after that one time, they wouldn't let me back in. I only suspected this when the driver was looking at me weird like some sort of alien and the staff over the phone kept on hanging up on me multiple times. Eventually i gave up, glad i am not reliant on their services. I don't go anywhere near coles now, they seem to have a few internal problems. Still no explanation from them after several emails as to why service was refused and why i was suspended for doing absolutely nothing wrong.
Bad customer service. I received a message that my click and collect order was ready, in the middle of the day. I clicked on the link just before I left home, and again when I got to the click and collect parking bays. I also rang the online number to let them know I was waiting, and also texted. I talked to an employee delivering someone else's order and told her the name of my order. I finally rang the store to ask where my order was. HALF AN HOUR AFTER I GOT THERE, I finally received my click and collect order. Their customer service needs improving.
Was ther shopping just after work, my only time to buy groceries. A young man with glasses was laughing and talking with co workers as i walked in around 9:24. I finished shopping just as they were closing up. Other than one time, a co-worker in a blue mask approached him. He was not wearing his mask which was around his neck. For having a compulsory mask sign at the entrance, this was quite worrying. I understand end of the night he was probably tired of wearing it, but this pandemic is not going anywhere unless we do everything we can.
I just wanted to reach out and express my immense gratitude to the Coles Endeavour Hills team for their honesty and kindness. Recently, I lost my wallet and was devastated to think that it might be gone forever. However, the team found it and returned it to me by post. I received it today and everything was still intact, including my cards and even a couple of notes. I truly appreciate the integrity and customer care that the Coles Endeavour Hills team displayed. Thank you so much for everything.
Wanted to email but couldn't find a email address for the store manager. I wanted to say how great the customer service was there with a young lady who helped me out with the self service check out. I was in the store at approximately 1pm on Wed 23/3/22. I was scanning the mineral water I had and a bottle came up as unknown. She helped me out and also explained why some don't scan, which made sense to me. She was very friendly and went above normal customer service. Very happy and impressed.
Nice store although the Virginian Leg ham i purchased from their deli caused my child to have severe food poisoning which lasted a week. I phoned the store and informed the duty manager of my concern and wanting the ham removed in hopes to prevent others from getting sick. This particular representative was pretty impolite and just took down my name and number stating that I'd be contacted by customer support within the next 24hrs but that didn't happen. It was a disappointing experience.
Half of the time it has what I need but it does get to a point where you'd wish you can shop for everything in the same location. If they have A, they will be missing B and vice versa. Some of the times it is not fresh and appears to just put out whatever just for the sake of it. I really wish there was a supermarket where the prices are decent and you do not have to shop in other places to get other stuff because certain foods are unavailable or because of pricing.
Worst experience with JULIA DUNCAN coles employee i think she is manager, i had to ask her name, from the front desk. I asked a few questions about one product, she was colossally rude behaving as if she is frustrated, don't want to do her job, very bossy Nd showing attitude as if she is superior, I wish i can give her zero stars. How sad. Why someone is not taking action on her at least some behaviour counselling. Thanks
To pay for a machine, I had to call the staff five times to fix it, and the attitude was very bad! ! ! Since you sell a box of drinks, why can't you scan the code? Are you asking me to open boxes one by one and scan them? Is it because I have yellow skin? Australia is a tolerant country, and you are also an immigrant. Why should you discriminate against me? Endeavor hills coles. You must be responsible for this!
I don't normally shop in Coles. However I needed some meat. So I thought I'd see what's on offer..I was so surprised to find that the diced package meat was $15 for less then half a kilo..I walked out without the purchase. I then tried the butcher. He was just as bad if not worse. I then pondered at a chicken store that sells Beef as well. And picked up I kilo of diced Beef for $18..what a Bargain...
Last time I shop here... purchased chicken wings and when I got them home and opened them (about 10 minutes after leaving the store), they were disgusting and smelled awful. Took them back and got my money back. I advised them to get meat department to check all stock as they were still in date. Would have thought they would offer replacement, but nothing. Very disappointing customer service
not good. after paying going through the checkouts, i looked around and saw a large bottle of sanitizer on the ledge and also at the other checkouts so i pump once into my hand only to be told off. Excuse me Sir that is not for you. you cannot use that. its for staff only. At Woolworth, there is a bottle for the public at the entrance and at each checkout. difference in service.
No such thing as covid safe shopping here, way too many people wearing no masks, masks as necklaces or half-masking it, I'll be taking a few images for the online covid reporting during my next forced visit to the only shopping centre within my 5km range ffs. Oh and why does the centre even pay for essential security when they enforce none of the covid safe guidelines.
I went to do my weekly shopping and noticed that 2 20 years olds were shopping without masks. Cause of covid being around, I was disgusted to be around them cause I wouldn’t be happy if I was told to quarrantine cause the store had covid. I think that staff should stop people entering the store if they don’t. Plus it clears says, masks are mandatory.
Good size store with easy access to the elevators for car park. Don't like the waste high sliding door freezers, much prefer the vertical wardrobe style freezers in other stores. Coin operated trolleys. On three occasions didn't have the tobacco products requested which are readily available at other stores (including Woolies).
This is a medium sized Coles that is well stocked. It does not have the range of fountain have but you will be able to find most of the things you need. I realised a few days ago that they do not have the self service nut bar that most of the Coles stores have, unless I just missed the location within the store.
The shop is clean and small enough to find everything in half an hour. The deli meats is a poor shadow of what it should be, prepacking most stuff and hope you will find what you need is pure fictional, therefore personalised service with quality merchandise is essential if you really care about your customers.
Always busy at this place not enough registers open, but l guess that will be a thing of the past soon, anyway staff are friendly helpful, and willing to help in anyway, although at the self serve area they do make you feel like your going to steal something by the way they keep an eye on your every move.
Most of your household groceries at descent prices. Of course, always watch out for the 1/2 price offer, the down-down items, and the store brand items. These are usually good value. Also usually open till quite late. Quite a lot of self check-out counters also available, which speeds things up.
Rubbish. Dirty. Old. Has more money spent on spying on what your buying with face recognition. Then cleaning the rubbish off the floor or wipeing down a shelf. If i didnt have to eat, i would never step foot in there. One of the only shops i feel like hand sanitation is essential
Very good experience, Expect for this one little grelming boy who kept pushing my child over, Everytime i told him off he would call me a RACIAL slur {Because im a minority} .His name was max i feel he should get fired..... TERRIBLE EMPLOYEE. {picture of me for refference}
Hoooooray!!! Finally someone in the store had sense to change the layout of the aisles. Making it one straight aisle, instead of having a break in middle. Hence five stars to the store manager. Much more pleasant way of shopping. Definitely be shopping more often.
Extremely helpfull staff. Very favourably prices most of the time. Being a smaller Coles store, in comparison to say, Eden Rise in Berwick, doesn't have the variety. However, does stock items I look for which other competitors don't stock. Big plus.
Maybe some racial sensitivity training is due. Weekly customer who has been coming here for years but still feel uncomfortable due to being constantly watched at the self checkout. Staff should remember customers that have been coming for years.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and utter dismay with the deplorable incident that occurred at your store recently. I experienced appalling customer service that involved the use of racial slurs and mockery of my disabled
Onlines team from this store are useless. Constant issues with orders and stuff not being delivered despite being picked, and they can't even provide a simple redelivery nor pickup a phone to contact their driver who stuffed the order.
I go to this local coles every week for the past 15 years and we have never experienced this rude customer service. The behavior of the emplyee we found to be very inappropriate and unprofesional. She was rushing other people and not
Just needed a couple of items so called in about 4.30pm. Very pleasant gentleman checking QR and Vax status at entrance. Store was not too busy, picked up my items and was heading home in less than 20 minutes.
You go there willing to purchase lots of stuff and then you get a trolley and you struggle to move straight every single second. A total disgrace!! What happens is you forget what you want to shop and leave.
Worst customer service, why offer cash out when you’re not willing to give change for bigger notes. Two staff standing at the door watching as if everyone is a thief, no help inside the store if needed.
Endevour hills coles is a good place to shop. Doesnt matter where i live ill drive there to shop. The store is neat, produce is fresh and the staff are fantastic. I have shopped there for over 8 years.
Very Good number of maned check out register !!! Good Shop overall. Feel sorry for all the young mums using self serve check out, soon they will realise that their 15 yo kids can't get Jobs anymore .
It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life, it actually ruined my whole day, the checkout lady at the assistant checkout was so disrespectful, will definitely not go to that Coles again.
Stock levels of everyday items usually low or not there at all, find this store very unreliable with their stock. Store needs an upgrade. However the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Almost every time I picked an error in my receipt, wrong item or price or double scanned. I have to check everytime and run to the customer service to fix it, and none of them are sorry.
I wasn't a big fan of Coles but they fixed it by getting rid of mix . Now they changed it again nothing makes sense with the layout. This is the only reason why I can only give 3 stars
Great, got my work out ,as Coles is a long way from front of shopping centre . Opposite ends actually . Would like to know Coles and woolies why no poinsettas for sale this year.
Staff is friendly but not a good store for people with toddlers. Always lack of toddler milk powder and no supply of free fruits to settle toddlers while shopping.
Nice place for shopping. The quality of the fruits is very good. Clean and tidy shop. The staff is also very cooperative. Thanks team, keep up the good work
Bit expensive compared to other places reduction in variety in items to much streamlining of products and services down not relying on people just machines.
Self checkouts equals to poor services. NO INTERACTION isn't the way to go. Self checkouts fail us. If there is no human contact I will simply stop going!
Teir 1 exposuse site Sunday 29th August and you dont broadcast it, instead you choose to self promote on google updates instead of informing the public.
Endeavour Coles crevice is not good specially pricing always put wrong price tag on the product , when you go to cash register give you higher price .
Easy to get to, friendly staff, 90% range of stock in all depts, staff in the deli are the best, (i am biased ), clean store as well, …
Customer Service is terrible plus one has to be careful not to be hit or run over by trolley pushed by the staff rushing through the online orders.
Worst customer service, unfriendly staff, make us buy $$$$ and at the end say run out collectables. Coles sucks never will be a Coles customer
Good place to shop. Friendly staff. Place is nice and clean. Wonderful variety and plenty of specials. Close to the escalator. Convenient.
Very average. Trolleys of stock blocking aisles very hard to shop. Registers long queues. Lots of out stocks compared to over Coles stores
Excellent. The aisles are quite large & airey. Has a clean look & feel about it. Great customer service - lots of specials at d moment
Had a great time in doing my grocery shopping. Store nice and clean. Great service from the Delicatessen and also at the checkout
Everything on 1 level & access by lift or travelator. Undercover parking with 2 levels, car wash & click & collect for groceries.
A usual Coles supermarket with local people working in there. Always clean. The bakery always turns out some fantastic goodies.
The staffs at coles are just wonderful working under this kind of environment please look after yourself best wishes to you all
I'm not impressed with Coles, the produce such as fruit and vegetables are rarely fresh. It's just a waste of time going in.
All fine, apart from not opening another register at busy times. had to wait for 10min in the que while my kid was crying.
I don't like shopping at Coles for the reason that the fruit and vegetables are never as fresh and nice as Woolworths.
Clean and well stocked. Need to enforce the maak wearing a bit as there are a lot of nose over in shoppers and staff.
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Have been coming here for years and never had a less than 5 star experience
Small shopping centre with mostly everything you need. Would be nice to have a cinema like hoyts or village cinemas.
OK not sure about the lady at checkout chewing gum not even discreet it's full on with her mouth open ..off putting.
Our local shopping center, all on 1 handy level, undercover parking with lift & wheelchair access. Well laid out.
great service and theres always plenty of stock when there isn't in other coles stores! Keep up the great work.
State-of-art store. Such generous and kind staff. This demonstrates how Coles is superior to Woolworths.
This Coles is way way bigger than other Coles I have been. It means you have more choices and varieties.
Needs a bit more focus on products they carry. I always end up going to Aldi or Woolies for something.
Good if you're a Local like my because it's Handy but wouldn't recommend shopping there Regularly
Terrible customer service. They see me at the counter and keep chatting. Woolies here I come...
Nice big store and you can buy clothes here too great asset with other clothing stores closed.
I loved this place. It has unique stuff that other Coles don't have no offense. Great place
Range of products surprisingly expansive. Apparently store used for filling internet orders
The aisles are too long and you can't walk through the centre anymore which is annoying.
No problems, signage very good. Very busy Casher excellent. Should of open another baye.
Easy to find what your looking for and the improvements to the store are fantastic
Its Coles its an overpriced supermarket, same as Woolworths.Aldi is much cheaper.
Coles has items at less rates and also flybuys gave me discounts i liked that .
Great store I go to endeavour hills and Dandenong but I prefer endeavour hills.
Well sized Coles that have a pretty good selection of everything you may need.
Way overpriced fruit vege and all products shame on Coles.!!! Shame shame!!!
George helped us today at the checkout. He is absolute asset to your store!
nice big store with all the the products other stores dont have also clean.
We go here as it is much easier to get a park than the other Coles near us.
Clean and well laid out store. Few normal stocking issues but overall good
Only problem here is that the aisles are way too long, retro 80's layout.
Go to Coles every week, shame they don't have the drink I like anymore.
Great Customer service, staffs are very friendly and respectful …
Fantastic never any hassel's also carries household clothing and more
It was a 5 star review until they changed the layout of their isles.
Clean and neat tidy shelves/ stock. Efficient checkout experience.
Pauls IGA Ringwood East has a far superior ONLINE Ordering system
Endeavour to do more for the local community.. that will be all.
Great place to shop. Convenient, with a good range of products.
Love our coles in Endeavour Hills friendly staff always helpful
Great at night quick in and out but only 1 person on register
