Very bad service. I had a very unpleasant experience today when I went to the store. An employee （asian short hair old lady）not only refused to let me get the items I wanted but also continuously yelled "no，no，no" to me. When I tried to speak with her, she kept interrupting me and refused to communicate. I'm not sure why Coles would employ such a disrespectful staff member, and to make matters worse, she seemed to be a manager. I strongly discourage anyone from coming to this place. And all Coles I have been to are better than this store.

Convenient local Coles with everything you need in the right places in store. It's not as up to scratch and modern as other stores in the vicinity, that isn't so important. The range of meat here isn't so big either.

Ive been shopping at Coles forest hills for many a year now, in that time, l personally have found this shop, clean, staff are very willing to help you, & have made some good friends with certain staff members...

Bakery section disappointing three days running...told " No baker in today" so some speciality breads not available, no one to slice selected loaf either...usual selection of grocery items!

Good one Coles. Taking half the registers out and replacing them with self serve for a shop this big. Who’s brilliant idea was this? So much for customer service. ALDI here I come

I have always had satisfying experiences shopping there for my weekly needs. This is a good branch of Coles, which is well-maintained and has extremely kind staff members.

Love shopping here. Large store and has all my requirements. Parking is plentiful and never seems to be crowded.

Find that they are more expensive than Woolies on some items, but will have items that Woolies doesn't
