While Coles Hampton (Bluff Rd) is a small supermarket in size compared to other supermarkets in the area & it's surrounds, the service offered by both its day & night staff is fantastic. You are always greeted with a smile by staff & no request goes unanswered. The store has just gone through a complete makeover recently and while there is no Deli anymore it's been replaced by a prepackaged selection of deli items. There is a wide & varied selection of items available to all who shop in this store. Overall I can say that it was a pleasure to shop at Coles Hampton & I will be shopping there again in the future!

Went to coles with my receipt to exchange Coles light globes as I had purchased batten globes rather than screw on. I was told that an exchange couldn't be made as they didn't stock that brand. (coles brand). After checking isle and finding coles brand was stocked after all, the check out operator still insisted the exchange could not be made. After requesting to speak to manager, the exchange was finally allowed. What a terrible experience at this store. Better training in customer relations seems to be needed here.

What a place it has everything an Aussie or Asian wants to have their tummies clamouring for more the vegetables selection here is like whatever you want we have ....lol I was caught out thinking I couldn't find what I was looking for like snake Gourd and drumsticks or devils fingers I will research on their proper names sorry folks I have to go and make another review. Another thing they should provide shopping baskets as the workers were eyeing me as I used my own trolley as if I was to walk away W/O paying???

Not a good range as only small but very handy as I am just around the corner and have a foot amputation. This I use a mobility scooter...Not a total range. Would like to see more magazines such as New Scientist and Art & Craft types. Staff friendly but only small corridors between aisles. I am disabled and on a shopping scooter. Thank god I have it as I have no motorcycle anymore due to accident and am totally disabled and with chronic arthritis and thus can't walk. Regards Martin Cole.

This Coles supermarket has a FANTASTIC range of vegetarian foods including pizzas, many different types of burgers, ready meals etc etc. Their offer does seem to be more than Woolworths so keep coming back for that. Heaps of parking and easy to navigate store however only mid size so if want entire range go to Southland or Brighton stores. Also will So Good lite fresh soy milk ever return? 30.10 everything is self serve at Coles lollies, snacks deli meats etc.

I believe things have got a lot more expensive with expense there should be better quility especially fruit and veg i also get bread baking at your competitor far better variety specials are good i do not except the 2 for 1 concept a sprecial on an item is what it is not believe what it should be serrvice no problem time is my money it takes time i hope i have been helpful just my opinion being on a pension every dollar helps

The manager Vicky was very rude and yelled at me because i ask for assistance in the self check out. All i said was “excuse me” once and she yelled at me to wait and that she was coming when i asked her to not speak to me like this she said “im sick and i can do what i want” ive found the manager to be rude on multiple occasions but never like this. I have since called and reported her to the regional office.

Bluff rd Coles isnt great.They are only a small store and are constantly re arranging what they have on the shelves. This place culls products down to 2 or 3 choices and those choice's are the most expensive.They've recently annihilated the ice-cream range.Nothing anymore that isn't under $7bucks a litre roughly now.None if our family's favs are sold anymore.Only goidvfir emergency's or milk\bread

One of the most useless supermarkets in the area. Every time i go there i cant do all my shopping there is always something that they mo longer stock or just dont have and its gotten worse over the last 2 years. Much easier to just go to Woolworth in Highett, I can get all my shopping do e in o e go. Coles Hampton Bluff rd is just useless.

Went to coles 9.59pm they had 11 chickens, I asked for a discount and they said full price sir.i asked what's happening with the roast chickens. It was they would be throwing them out .I was going to buy all of them and give them away to the needy and homeless bar 2 I was going to keep for Sunday lunch. Thanks for nothing coles.

Can't be a more convenient Coles around than this one. Could be bias because I live so close. But a great store to pick up that one or two items, or more, when necessary. It's like half the size of a usual Coles. So it may lack variety, but more than makes up for that with essential items and convenience. With fantastic staff.

They’ve really upgraded this Coles. It has awesome selections for dietary restrictions and unique products. It’s always stocked and clean. Love it. Large vegan, vegetarian and gluten free selections. New health foods always in rotation & fantastic cheeses. You can find some great Australian organic brands being stocked here.

A good selection in this supermarket. I was able to purchase what I required. Plenty of shopping trolleys which are clean at the entrance. Lovely to see staffed checkouts available and appreciated. Very happy with the service from Chantelle today. Chantelle provided good customer service and was very pleasant to deal with.

This Coles is great a little shop - easy to park at, has a bottle shop on site and petrol station literally just next door. Have been coming to this store for over 30 years! Although it's changed names a few times - originally a Franklin's, then a BiLo, its always got what I need and it's an Australian company!

They really are terriffic staff there A colourful diverse community that visits to shop and all services are very very friendly . Extremely helpful and have a great range of stock . The bottle shop boys are very knowledgeable and have a zero alcohol area as well . A big bonus is Wallers bakery up the road .

I haven't been here for some time and was pleasantly surprised to find it has been slightly renovated. It's now brightly lit with an upmarket artisan bread section as you walk in. There seems to be a little more space; however, I'm very disappointed they have permanently removed the deli.

My everyday supermarket, close to home. Top points for convenience, unfortunately loses a few points as the store is rather small with limited stock especially fresh fruit and vegetables. In need of refurbishment. Car park is too small at peak times. good for the basics or a quick shop.

Just big enough to have everything you really need, but too small to have everything you might want. Fabulous for that small shop: easy parking, quickly through the aisles and the self checkout. Nice little deli that is rarely busy, nor is the bottle shop.

Staff are caring and help in any way they can .good variety of goods,with careful selection of specials there can be a variety of savings overall This is helpful on a tight budge and provide variety when cooking and with cleaning products.Jeanne

40 mins before closing, Self checkout closed, one person serving everyone. Some guy walks in off the street and the cashier served him straight away. The rest of the customers waiting in disbelief. Next time take your groceries to the front

It is a small Cole but if your only needing a little shop you can get in and get out not a buzze Coles . Leaved car parking if you shop a Coles you get the first hour free . Which is handy being it's always hard to find parking in St kilda.

Left something at services desk. Got home tried calling I have been calling for 3 days no answer. So I have called head office twice still no response. Hopefully there’s never an emergency. I could drive there but I don’t live near there.

Very disappointed from the new makeover as no DELI now which makes so inconvenient for me. Also, the vegetables are not fresh at all. I'm visiting this COLES from last 1 year and the quality is degrading now. This store deserve RATING -1.

Wow I saw this Vicky woman completely verbally acuse and abuse a customer over nothing even when the customer had a lot of shopping. She help up the line for no reason. Probably mad because she's 80 years old and has nothing better to do

I wish I can by some quality meat in this shop FIR ONCE. When I look around it all looks so poor fat and expensive makes ME sick to look at it not to take home to cook. Just by what you really need and go in ALDI BEST SHOP EVER.

Small supermarket, friendly and helpful staff, no deli but cooked chooks available daily. Stocks a few unusual items (e.g. cubed dog meat, Maggie Beer's burnt fig icecream) not often available at larger stores.

Definitely below average supermarket with limited variety and produce sometimes questionable. It's my closest supermarket so I go there very often and would love to see it rejuvenated. Staff are mostly lovely.

Worst coles ever.went today to buy a couple of items and cigarettes and apparently there is no one available at front counter till 8.30am. Mind you they open at 7am.disgusted walked out and 2 others before me

this place is weird but it’s ok. the atmosphere gives npc but it’s an ok place to shop. definitely not one of the best coles but it does the job. also someone beeped at the in the parking lot which was rude

I come here often, and the staff are super nice as the recognize me now. It is a small Coles, and doesn't always have everything you're after, but it certainly has all of your essential needs.

Handy Coles for locals, with staff that are always helpful and friendly. Given the size, don't expect everything you need to be on stock. Car park can also get a little hectic at peak times.

Coles bluff road is great small place for your small needs and it also comes with a liquor land next to it witch is great the staff are nice and helpful. Good for your small shopping needs

This store don’t have any opening hours punctuality 7 am . They open by their own wish anytime after 7 am. Like today 3 September 2022, Saturday, this store was not open until 7:22 am,

This coles is dirty they had out of date food on self and when told about it his reply that's not my job. The roast chicken was very dried out. Never going back check your products ppl

Good coles if you need basics as it's only a small store,if you need to do all your food shopping , I recommend Sandringham Coles as they stock all your groceries, it's a huge store.

A small neighborhood Coles. Limited range of stock, no bakery., very much like a petrol station. The attached Liquorland is very small and basic but equipped with a great staff.

Small. Friendly staff. But many items are not restocked on a regular basis. Many trusted items have been replaced by Coles own products, which sadly are sometimes very inferior.

Product arrangements could be better. Washing, cleaning, insecticide products should be in one place. Coles bluff Dr is small and has no labels for every section.

not a huge selection of stuff, but still pretty good. Staff are friendly and helpful tho it does get hard to move at night with all the shelves being stocked lol

New Reno is fantastic. Very much improved. Lots of lovely new products. Love the Mexican shelf and Phillipa's bakery. Deli no longer there.

Already reviewed but it's ehere we shop. They etick to their word that Prices are Down on nrarly item you need. Good quick queues mostly.

Convenient location. Doesn't have the full range as stocked by larger Coles stores. You can get most of your shopping done easily here.

Has improved over the years. Can remember it as Bi-Lo and was a source of entertainment on a Saturday night with dodgy local people.

It was good, they had good costumer service and they had a bread cutting thing that can cut all the bread they have except a baget.

I think Coles Hampton used to be the worst Coles in Australia but it has got better over the last couple of years.

It's on the smaller side for a Coles. But it's great has all the products. Clean store aswell and lots of parking
