I had to do a quick dash to get a few things for tea , l got my items went to 12 items or less counter , l unpacked my shopping while trying to engage with the person who is on this register , to find there was no one there ,,l waited and waited and waited and waited , etc, etc, etc……

This Coles is great and I used to do a big weekly shop on Sundays. Unfortunately there is a lack of checkout staff recently as self serve seems to be the only option in the late afternoon. Now I split the shop between Audi and Coles which seems to save some money.

Use to be a happy friendly shop to shop at, I use to shop at the Coles on Ashleigh ave before they moved to karingal hub. Since implementing the new security and self serve counters, the staff have become rude and abrupt almost starring at

Worst service I have had at the deli, staff member had to be called to serve, who happened to be unpacking stock..... never have i had what I ordered thrown on bench AT M, she was mad for been called up and I copped the brunt of it, up ya

Wasn't very busy, so got around quite quickly. Then the self service checkout. Does anyone ever use these without having to call a staff member for help. I despise these stupid checkouts. They are not wheelchair friendly at all, or able

One gets a better service from young tellers than the older ones. Today, we saw a teller called Pam who seems not to like her job by the way she treated some elderly clients. The management is fine and always happy to assist. Merry Xmas

Store needs to be faced better, they seem to be constantly empty/low on stock. The price of the leftover stock is ridiculous at +300%, The fresh produce is underwelmingly small bruised and bitter tasting.

The hub amazes me every time you go up there, I remember when it first got built and how far it has come now has nearly everything. You want a great place to take kids and catch up with friends.

Coles is simply becoming too bloody expensive to shop at. The range of all goods is getting less with their own brands becoming more and more the only choice to buy.

Some things are more expensive here, and a few, cheaper. You just have to watch the prices. I do enjoy the shopping experience and it's nice and close to Aldi.

Staff are fantastic. Prices are good. It's a pity one cannot use flybys to get money off grocery bill. Only thing that make me go to other places.

Attendant at the self checkout clearly not happy to be working on a Sunday morning and taking it out on customers. Rude and unprofessional.

Coles removes express service checkouts. Glass door at self serve to trap customers in. Surely this is a safety issue? Will never be back.

Good shopping centre, free parking, great variety of shops, plenty of parking, restaurants and Village theatres. Something for everyone.

Pretty well laid out and everything is fresh. The produce and deli I've bought is pretty good. The prices could be a whole lot better.

The new Coles at Karingal Hub is great, with so much varieties of products, making shopping a good experience again.
