Supermarket
"Good supermarket, large range of products especially fruit and vegetables and a really good meat section"
"Imagine having to wait around for nearly 45 minutes just to be able to get a trolley because there is never any available "
"A good sized coles with all of the offerings necessary"
"Just witnessed the saddest thing, little elderly lady picking up all her shopping out the front of coles due to the paper bag we are forced to use"
"My local store, and I like the overall collections they have"
Good supermarket, large range of products especially fruit and vegetables and a really good meat section. Usually not very busy and easy parking. Sells chocolate hazelnut milk which is delicious. Can't get kippers here though, which is a shame. Situated inside Manor Lakes shopping plaza. Convenient opening times.
Imagine having to wait around for nearly 45 minutes just to be able to get a trolley because there is never any available .. then having to spend another 30 minutes waiting in line because they cashier wants to gossip after they've finished checking someone through .. worst Coles I've ever been to.
A good sized coles with all of the offerings necessary. Can get really busy during peak times but they generally have lots of registers open. Some of the staff are slow and don’t use the cold bags for refrigerated items. Need to be more directed. Good size self service line also
Just witnessed the saddest thing, little elderly lady picking up all her shopping out the front of coles due to the paper bag we are forced to use. These only hurt the lower class. If you want to do large shops I wouldn’t recommend using this plastic free store
My local store, and I like the overall collections they have. Mostly stacked shelves, except if you leave it too late close to public holidays. Otherwise still too pricey for things like baby products, which they buy at pennies and selling for 200% profits.
Shopping on a Sunday morning is very frustrating. Too much stock being unpacked at one time with no regard for customers. I have had to move boxes to open freezers, squeeze between trolleys to get meat and dairy, and stand on pallets. This is not safe.
The most unorganised Cole’s I’ve ever been to. Deli always has low or no stock, veggie shelves are empty by 5:00 pm. No one to approach or ask for help. It’s the most mismanaged shop in all of west! Please. Hire. More. Staff. It’s mayhem in
I cannot say enough about the convenience that Coles in Manor Lakes Shopping Center provides me and my family. As the nearest Coles to our home, we have found it to be the perfect one-stop-shop for all of our grocery needs. The store is big
This Coles in Manor lakes central shopping center. Very close to Wyndham Vale station. Its overcrowded store and very few staff to fill the stock and most of the isles are always empty specially eggs and items on specials. Eggs are put out
Horrible coles it’s crowded, dirty, always low stock or no stock, wait time ridiculous, never answer phone and if they do they put you on hold forever, click and collect a joke wait time ridiculously long and nowhere to park, lie about no
Purchased lemon on specials - 5 for $4. At check out, I was charged $5 for 5. My advise of the specials was not headed. Even after my taking a photo of the deal, lots of discussion went on and on. To add to this, the self service counters
The worst managed coles supermarket i have been to, most of the time they have only 1or 2 billing registers open with the longest of the ques and they try to force you to go to self serve. I donot want to do their for work them specially
Some of the staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help you...while others it seems to be an effort to even look in your general direction. Can't believe you have to purchase an item to get cash out... ridiculous...you don't
This store is our local one for the past 3 years & is too small for our fast growing residential area. It is not stocked to maintain stock levels with many items unavailable come late afternoon/ early evening on weekdays, & weekends even
They have replaced so many of the registers with self serve, which is not good. If you have a trolley full of groceries then do you really want to use self serve?? Well you have no choice you either wait 20 minutes to get served at the
Very busy most the time. Unfortunately stock levels aren't the best and shelves are bare a fair bit which is frustrating. Self check outs are always busy. 95% of staff I've met are friendly and helpful when I need to talk to them.
Absolutely ridiculous these new lock-in gates that all Coles have installed that don't let you out of their store unless you buy something are a bloody joke, 3rd world countries have more freedom than we do now
Hats off to the staff at Coles Manor Lakes tonight. Coming through on the evening rush and there were people EVERYWHERE. I actually stopped in my tracks as I was getting to the checkouts when I realised the
DO NOT SHOP HERE, if you need to shop more than a basket worth. I don’t mind shopping here but I avoid this place if I need to get a decent amount of shopping. 4 trolleys waiting on service. 1 register open.
I would give it 5stars but ever since they went to self packing(which I absolutely don't mind doing), some of the staff think it's bloody aldis and push the products through way too quickly.
Decent sized store with most of what you need. Dont waste your time with click and collect - multi chances, same result ... would be quicker to go instore and get it yourself
Place was dirty, especially in the back near the milk section. Meat and produced had a terrible odor. Unusual for this store. Normally very clean and fresh
The area had clearly outgrown this coles The place is way overcrowded even when it's not peak hour. They need to open another coles and fast.
Taylah on register 004 @21:01 on 12/01/2023 needs a payrise. My bank was not allowing me to put my transaction through due to a odd error on
At 9 am today, October 3rd, you're launching tomorrow's deal prices. This could be seen as misleading advertising, which should be avoided.
I had a lovely time shopping and choosing my grocery items. I then proceeded to the self serve registers and started scanning my items.
Good they have a great bread bakery Good variety of food and well stock Just a bit hard to find a trolley especially on weekends
Lovely place to shop but it is about time you taught your staff how to pack bags at the checkouts they are useless
Generally well stocked, haven't had any bad experiences. Car park can be quite busy and very tight to navigate.
Busy as usual.. But I don’t understand why do they take so much time to refill.. when a product is on sale..
Does the job like any other coles.. Fresh produce is a little expensive compared to the opposite shop..
Treating everyone who walks in the door like thieves so really considering starting to shop elsewhere…
HAS SO MANY ITEMS it might have everything you need to last you for 10 years worth of food
Staff are amazing, and place always looks good. Able to get everything I need and more.
Visiting the place the day moved to manor lakes.. It's clean and maintained. .
Nice range of stuff but usually so busy that everything is sold out
Great prices and friendly staff members
Friendly staff, decent store.
