There are no checkout staff; everything is self checkout. I had my child asleep in one arm and had to check everything out one-handed. My shopping fell out of my bag and staff were uninterested in helping me pick it up. I wish I could’ve just put my shopping on a conveyer belt and had a friendly cashier ring it up and bag it for me.

Here every week for our weekly shop and I'm glad our favourite supermarket is also our local. Great size store with great range on products. On weekends there is often a busker out the front and a community sausage sizzle hosted by Coles. Staff always friendly, have never had a bad experience.

Quite a good store. Good range of products. However, not the fault of staff, but because of the disgraceful scandal concerning the subsidy to the farmer's from the milk sales, I will be boycotting all Coles stores until this is fully investigated and the people responsible are sacked.

Reasonable car parking facilities. Stock levels rarely empty. Staff always ready with help and a smile. Store generally kept clean and tidy. Two ATM's (Westpac and general) available. Usually checkout waiting is only for a short time if the store is busy.

It was clean, staff pleasant. Seemed large variety of products and had good amount of people on registers so wait was not too long. Staff member directing floor staff to go on registers to assist (Coles Croydon don't do this).

Mooroolbark Coles has almost everything we need. Deli is as good as it used to be says my better half. They have meat but there is no proper butcher there or in the village nowadays.

The self checkouts are great all shops should get the longer conveyor belts. Shelves are often not restocked and quite often in short supply of things I shop for.
