Extremely limited in their stock and choice. I’d also say they have a far larger markup on their prices than competing grocery stores. This specific store had almost all their entrances completely shut and the small opening was blocked half an hour before the store was to close. The staff don’t even ask if you would mind moving out of their way while pushing a Create of stock. Nor do they apologize or acknowledge you as they knock you out of their way. Management really needs to instill far better attitude towards customers. Even if they were the cheapest store around (which they most certainly are not) I would go elsewhere for decent customer service. :-(

Hard to get a park ,,and careful if u park your car at the wrong door security likes to close up early and u will have to walk round outside the building in the dark alone with the junkies and thieves running from r their lives with stolen goods,,bought some $1.95 bakery bread ,it had mould on it ,,it was returned within 2 hours and I was met with arguments from a sour staff member,and told it was not mould ,we don't sell food with mould your are mistaken but if course I will give your money back that is Coles policy, I think every grown up can do without being treated like a moron!, Mostly this store seems all to hard

We’re visiting the area as my friend has a place here, and so we went to Coles to get stuff for dinner, but then all the produce was full of mould and was utterly foul. The raspberries (all viewed today, 2nd Jan 2023) were mouldy. The blueberries, the onion too! For a place that is surrounded by local farms & seemingly home to great produce, to see this at the local Rosebud coles was disappointing and downright disgusting especially since we almost cooked with the most mouldy onion, only discovering it after we bought it.

Coles Rosebud has soothed my upset by manager Richard calling me and being kind and understanding. So i have edited my stars in this review. I had brought back a tampered with item. The manager callum argued continuously with me and denied vehemently that it was not tampered with by anyone in his store. I took the time to bring the item back and bring it to the stores attention. But callum treated me like I was a liar and trying to pull a scam!!! This is on a item worth under $2.50!!!! DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT!!

It's a good Coles store. Produce is always fresh, the store is clean and there are loads of aisles, which means there's room for those extra little things that supermarkets often sell. (Newsagency items, garden and garage things and gifts). The staff have good, positive attitudes and there's always enough registers open when I've been - though I'd never go at those long weekend busy times.

Clean bright with a large variety of products. Unlike the one at Vermont South that is dull and gives an old and and grubby appearance which both my wife and I find. Mind you the whole shopping centre at Vermont South is in a pathetic state, most likely because the shops are individually owned. The only comparison is that they both have great helpful & friendly staff.

The fruit ang veg department does not stock produce that is fresh. Also the organic section in this dept is limited- no organic apples or celery just to name a few. Try visiting safeways organic produce and take a leaf out of their book. You are not moving with the times and certainly not listening to your customers demands for good quality produce!

Considering the insanity which is Rosebud during summer holidays, you cannot be anything but impressed with the stock management and cleanliness of this store. We bought meat for bbq, chips, dips, salads .. everything available and of high quality. And the young lady on register had a smiling happy demeanor.. really a great place to shop!

Hey it's a Coles has got everything you need at a supermarket, the advantage of this Coles is that being in the shopping centre you have access to other stores for Coffee, Fast food, toilets etc. Also always ample parking available even during the Christmas period, just means you need to park a little further away.

My local go to for all my needs. Always a good selection of specials, and most staff have been there for years. There is something to say about a business that retains staff. These people really love their job, and it shows in their customer service. For me its those staff that earn Coles Rosebud Plaza the 5 stars.

Clean well stocked friendly staff. Very conveniently placed near one of the main entrances. Plenty of room to move around even when the plaza is very busy.Parking was terrible today as there are repairs going on out the front of the plaza and across the road where woolworths was. Traffic was banked up everywhere.

A large Coles Supermarket at The Plaza so lots of other shops too, including KMart and Target. The supermarket has an excellent range of grocery, dairy, meat, fruit and vegetables plus bakery items. Parking is plentiful although sometimes you may have to be patient and drive around a bit.

Convenient for us to shop at ROSEBUD PLAZA. staff are lovely very helpful too. It is not the cheapest supermarket but it is the cleanest in area. I always use a checkout chick for paying. Never ever use self service. Only young 20 to 35 yrs old women seem to use them.

Just OK. Missing the salad bar. They should include salad with the meal...their prices have gone up & they've taken away the salads.. The food is nice the atmosphere is nice but I don't think there's value for ur money, having a salad bar was more appealing.

I was disappointed today because I went there specially to buy a fillet of fish which I had bought there before but they only had more expensive range so I had go elsewhere to get a fillet that was of reasonable price, we are not all well healed ! .

Has what most people want but I find that I need to really look hard for some items. I find that it maybe set out a little different to some other stores. I guess I will need to shop there a bit more often so that I can get to where things are.

Today was about getting out & about in lockdown, the staff at Rosebud Coles were so helpful & they were even having a laugh with clients...refreshing & much needed atmosphere thanks! Great parking, close to other shops & amenities …

I dont know why other people are writing great service blah blah its the worst place to shop down here there is always like only 2 people working at the checkout & takes forever to get out of there. It's been that way for years.

Very disappointing tonight. Hardly any staff and couldnt get 2kg of ham at 7pm because they'd washed the slicer!! Its a Thursday night and theyre open until 10pm and we are coming into a long weekend. So frustrating :(

good place to shop ... I went through checkout this morning 30th June 2022 at 9.45am approx and great service from the lady with strange lips system but perfect manners and cordial service....a true blue employee.....

Asked a staff where the toilet was today. Told me in the middle and down the end, where they've always been. Not sure why I would have been asking if I knew that. Otherwise a pleasant place to shop.

They close all the doors an hour before closing time, make you walk in and out 1 checkout, not very bloody helpful when someone has a trolley there and no one can get past. Not rocket science.

Always a busy store. I can get *most* of what I need, here. (I especially love the various Great Ocean Road milks.) The staff are ways glad to help and will take you to your enquiry.

Not too shabby. Yes, I know they often have better range and value than the competition but I don't find it as convenient. Basically I only go there for things I can't get elsewhere.

My first time I went there, even the cashier was happy to slice bread on request later into the evening. My second experience there however even at 6 pm the staff refused to slice

Not the biggest store, has enough of variety available. Fruit and Veg could be better in quality. STORE is always clean though and the locals are very friendly.

Had to throw out a bunch of flowers tonight that were purchased 20 minutes earlier by my son at Coles.Stems were mouldy and slimy, obviously very old flowers.

Good place for all your shopping needs but lots of ppl this time of year, lucky if you find a car park you may have to drive round for a little while..

Staff are great! Produce fresh and generally not out of stock. Silly season means no parking though and thats 5 months of the year

Dirty trollys, vegetables didn't look fresh and were bruised and shrivelled. Thank god the costomer survice was nice.
