22/07/2022 Came before 10pm on a Friday night only to be denied entry, really needed eyedrops for my eyes so the lady at front was kind and friendly to let me quickly get what i needed, however the lady at the counter was rude and was very disrespectful. Her attitude was dreadful and absolutely unacceptable, as a company, employees as such aren’t worth giving a job with customer service, or at the very least needs more training with how to handle customers. All the rudeness, unjustified screaming, just because I quickly grabbed something before the store was even close??? But apparently they were supposed to be close…. With 3 people in line at the counter and 2 other still browsing the aisles, noting that it was not even close to 10pm. Moreover, making matters worse, online it says the store closes at 12am. Terrible.

The lady checking receipts at the exit was stopping everyone. I didn't choose to participate in that nonsense, I had already filled my cart emptied my cart scanned the items refilled my cart and so I just skipped the exit line and left. You can either trust me to do self-checkout, or you can put your cashiers back in place like it used to be. • I'm not interested in proving that I did your job for you. • If you want me to be a cashier with no training then that's your problem not mine. • Keep employing young people and give them job opportunities. YOU DON'T PAY ME TO SCAN MY OWN SHOPPING. YOU DON’T GIVE ME STAFF DISCOUNT FOR WORKING FOR YOU. HAVE MORE CHECKOUTS OPEN.

Terrible management , so rude and unhelpful. The Manger of the store is so disrespectful and the co- worker named Amy .I asked her today about one of the products and she was so upset, unhappy and didn’t what to check, she made a comment “ oh you don’t remember what name of the product Is ? Oh I have to go through the whole store to check, I can’t do everything “ ! Essential products are usually out of stock, whatever or what time of day your coming. During the week, afternoons usually 4-5pm you can’t buy any hot chicken for dinner. Very disappointed to see this new store going down under this management. There are only very lovely young people working at the register services.

Normally use this as my weekly shopping store. Lately the service is absolutely ropable. Only 1 register open and they were serving a large trolley at 12 items or less so I queried up with about 20 items as there was at least 4 people queing at the other register and this is the 3rd time I have been told I can’t be served. The literally just served someone with 40+ items but wouldn’t serve me. Last time a guy was standing around doing nothing and the other registers were lines and he still wouldn’t serve. This place seriously needs to work on its customers service. Will definitely not be shopping her anymore.

Everytime I come to the deli at this coles it's either closed before closing time, or is closed cause there is no staff and or they can't cut meat because they've apparently packed the slices before closing time. This Deli is the only deli in my entire life that I have experienced this. This is the most trash deli at a coles ever. I can't make good sandwiches for work sometimes cause this coles is so trash at managing the deli. Also there is weird girl that keeps following a black guy that works their which is weird. I dont think he even knows her or even wants to be near her which is weird.

Large Coles store with a range of goods and a deli. Let down by the amount of weird brown people that do not know how to drive and who stand around in groups near their 10 year old SUV's parked on the wrong side of the road whilst staring at normal people who are walking by going about their business. Hopefully something will be done about these people who have attempted to turn this wonderful area into a zoo. This Coles also takes a video recording of your face at the checkout register whilst you scan your items which is a bit much.

Great supermarket - its clean & tidy. Has everything you need. We find this location has a lot of specials. We bought about 20KG of lamb half price, we regularly get deals in the bakery section & in the pre packed meals section. We do often find though that the sale price aren't updated in the system which makes self check out fun..... The fresh flowers are great too with a number of options - best to get these during the week - by the weekend the pickings are slim. The staff I have encountered have all been helpful & welcoming.

Everytime I come here on a Sunday night the shelves are empty. The store is PACKED. One girl working as the deli about 6 or so people cue... Got pushed to not get everything I needed due to the long line. And only 2 registered open waited a while to be served. A lot of screaming children in the store and I believe that reflects greatly on the long wait times due to no staff not a pleasant place to shop. If this was a one time this fair enough but I have been shopping here for over a year now and it's always this way on a Sunday.

There has been a lot of times I have been overcharged at this coles due to prices not correctly loaded in the system or product placed at the wrong location with incorrect price tag. Today I was charged incorrectly for 2 items. I purchased 2 x Powerade that was advertised as 2 for $5 but got charged $7. I purchased 2 Kinder surprise eggs that was advertised 2 for $4 but got charged $17. Coles needs to look into this because this is unfair to the consumers.

Very,very,very annoying cleaner with buffer machine following every aisle and expecting me to move rather than going around customers!! Totally unnecessary and why between 11:30-12:30??? Surely early morning or after hours would be smarter!! Made absolutely no difference to the floor, BUT very successful at detering customer's as l wasn't the only one!!! I couldn't get out of there quick enough...

Spacious coles in aintree, it's fairly new and has all the essentials one might hope for. The staff are helpful and the overall layout is better than most coles I've been to. The only negative is that it closes very early, several hours before other coles closes, I'm so used to the midnight closure for coles but sad to see this does not apply here. Other than that, good experiences.

Just went to this store and while waiting to be served, 2 people, one buying cigarettes were served before me, how frustrating, I'm tired of being treated like a second rate citizen or invisible by these cooperate supermarkets who don't care about their customers or suppliers, I'm done, local for me from now on, bye bye Coles. Giving one star because I can't go lower.

This rating is exclusively provided for a check out attendant by the name of “Susan”, who was very polite and extremely efficient in her service. Not only was it a speedy scanning but an efficient sorting of all items according to appropriate food groups and packaging! Staff like this need to be valued and I hope that Coles recognises the same.

Lots of parking in an exclusive area. Store is big, clean and orderly. But when i went there to buy an international item, it doesn't say if available or not. The coles assistant told me where to find it and its not there. I was told it is not available . Even the apps didnt inform what orher branch that we can buy it. Overall it is ok.

Good space and plenty of parking. Cheaper fruits compared to other nearby coles at that time. However, few items were out of stock easily when I went. Not sure if there was really a shortage around the city for that. Those were mainly fresh milk and baby formula. Otherwise, would still come back there to shop

Great range of products, very friendly staff and also helpful. Store is fairly new so it is nice and clean. Great layout plus new shopping centre so new shops coming soon which adds to the convenience of shopping here. Looking forward to going back when the rest of the shopping centre is completed.

This coles is no different than any other one, except that there is a fruit shop in front so compare prices before buying. One thing self- check out machine are useless, this is the reason I give 2 stars, I believe the mentality of coles is everyone is stealing, so let's make it over complicated.

“JORDAN” is real gem and a credit hard working customer rep. I have encountered at Coles. He was always goes extra mile and support the customer. This has happened to me numerous time at Coles - Woodlea. But, I couldn’t get time to appreciate this gentleman. His a credit to Coles - Woodlea.⭐️⭐️

Helpful staff, had my baby crying and the check out lady helped me do my shopping as I dealt with my baby. Great customer service from her, very happy. Stock isn’t always full tho especially on weekends the produce department lacks, went in for lettuce and wasn’t even one type available

Great place to go and buy things. Wonderful staff. I was search for a specials and could not find at Melton, Melton South or Airport West stores which were larger, but found it in this store (much smaller store). I'm glad that I went explore this store away from my usual shops.

I’m giving 1 star for convenience and the second star for presentation. Other then that, this Coles doesn’t seems to have anything we need! We end up having to go all the way to the Coles in Taylor’s Hill that has a wider range of products and stock availability.

Poor customer service, waiting for checkout during late evening,staff were chit chatting amongst, ignoring customers,no greeting customers , usually I have trolley full of shopping and had to check out at self serve as they don't care to open manned check-out

I love coming here, it's my favourite Coles to go into. I can buy so much for such little price. Also the staff members are so nice, particularly this one girl named Chelsea P. She is very helpful. Overall if I could, I would rate this joint a 10 out of 10.

Rude managers more interested in smoking out the back, incompetent staff. Incorrect pricing, items in wrong places, clueless staff not knowing where products are. Never anyone on a register. Weird layout. And no one picks up trolleys left

The direct to boot service is not great. Had to call more than 4 times and the wait was 20min to get my groceries. Coles Woodle needs to be better. There’s also hardly any variety on the shelves. I’m having to go to Woolies instead.

Will never click and collect here. Rang for 20 minutes, no answer. Went inside to nicely ask the front desk to contact them for me. The guy came out, I said hello - he totally ignored me and didn't acknowledge me at all.

Great place for groceries, gifts and drinks ( liquorland in front of coles) Always exceptional customer service And accommodating staff. This is the heart of Woodlea town and I recommend you check this place out

May i just give a shout out to these amazing loaded muffins from coles!!!! I only recommend you eat one before a big workout (thats what i did) as they are very calorie dense. Its a whole meal haha

Why haven't you ever got chickens available late afternoons. I went tonight to grab one and there were none again My wife also has been several times and experienced the same. Not good enough.

Its really great to have Coles in Woodlea town. For the residents of woodlea, its a 5 min drive with ample parking space. Very friendly staff and less crowded which make shopping easy.

Dosent always have stock but good to pop in to get milk and bread. Markdowns userly pretty bad. When the date if the same date as the use by $1 off isn't going to make people buy

Coles is my local supermarket. I have found that the staff are always willing to help. Something not right, they will fix it. haven't been able to fault them.

It's clean, love there deli and bakery section with lots of choice. And you can also get so many option of treat for your dog in a separate pet section.

Aisles seem to be more mixed than some of the other coles locations I’ve been to. Makes it a bit harder to find things if it’s not your local coles.

Coles is not consistent on imposing COVID rules. It still allow people to go in without wearing face mask when it is still remain mandatory.

Even though they always forgot the frozen goods in your Click & Collect, they always manage to clear things up. Top-notch customer support!

Couldn’t find a better Cole’s to continually be out of the same stuff you need every visit no matter the variation of times and days.

Love coles woodlea. But after 3 pm lots of items not on the shelves. I recommend to shop early here rather late in the evening.

Fresh produce was not fresh at all. There's a lot of variety of products though. In was very happy with that.

It would be better if it had internet access. Total Black spot. Makes it hard if you need to transfer money
