***THE WORST PLACE*** I booked this hotel through Oyo and went in yesterday for checking, the manager at the front desk did not care to wish or welcome, instead he was demanding us to pay higher amount than what was showing in the Oyo app. I tried speaking to him calmly and tried showing what was offered in the app, but he kept saying he cannot allow us without paying what he was demanding for. After calling Oyo customer care, someone spoke to me and put me on hold for so long and then hung up. I tried calling again, but could not get through to anyone. Since it was late, we told him that that we will pay and check in, but he denied the check in as Oyo would charge him more if I check in since I escalated them over the phone. The Manager was nothing but rude and showed his worst behavior that I have never seen in any hotel so far in entire India, he did not even have a courtesy to speak or explain anything to the guests, instead he was keep blabbering about price was not being updated in app. At the end, we had to leave and took another hotel closed by. Overall the worst experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

The rooms are good and we'll equipped. But I think it could ve been made a bit more spacious. The rooms and premises are clean and tidy. Dedicated parking slot is not there but one could park their vehicles on the side of the hotel. The staffs assure safety and security to the vehicle. Food stall and restaurant is available in the ground floor and the food is also really commendable. The location of the hotel is also accessible and the City area is not to far. Food delivery companies like Swiggy also deliver to this place and the one could order food from them also. The delivery executive would bring the food till the rooms.

This is a typical Bangalore Vegetarian restaurant (Like Darshinis) come Residency with few economical and pocket friendly rooms with few limited room services. Even the food is typical Karnataka dishes with North Indian and few Chinese varieties, especially the Manchurian's tastes good (when I visited it was) depends on who prepares when you visit this place! South Indian dishes tastes good. It has a small service area with few seating. Cash/Cards/Wallets accepted. Parking for two wheeler is easy compared to four wheelers as this place is located on a bit busy main road.

OYO executive who booked my room has miss guided me regarding this property. Rooms are getting cigarette smell and manager created problem in 2 nd day check in and wasted my time. I don't suggest anyone to use OYO

There is no inhouse restaurant in this hotel, not able to serve food as it was bund outside

if you are couple and want a peaceful place than this area is perfect for you. never go to majestic and yesvantpur.. these places have so much of crowd and you don't feel relaxed. hotel is good but.... but.... room given by the hotel staffs were not that good... bedsheets were dirty.(this issue can be corrected) a hotel is available for all variety of foods. lulu hypermarket is just 1.5 kms away which is a great place to visit and metro is also approx. 2km. so overall great experience but good bedsheets could have made huge imact on overall rating

- Oyo app showed ₹1075 and they charged us ₹1450. Their reason was the app was not showing the the prices correctly - Very poor hygiene. Bedsheets and pillows had stains and were dirty. It was horrible. - Room was tiny. We had good experiences at others stays in better areas. - Tiny cockroaches seen often of walls and table. It was disgusting. - We were busy and needed room, so we were helpless and had to go though it. Please justify and revert, as we do not wish to have such experience . Waiting for the response.

It was my worst experience in Bangalore staying at this hotel. Rooms are too small and service is bad. As we enter the room it smells of fungus. There were blood stains on the blanket and when we asked them to change it they gave us two wet blankets. There r no proper fans in rooms and AC doesn't work. Free wifi service but they are not ready to give us the password. Totally saying. Never go to this hotel

One of the worst customer service hotels,they don't even follow the basic things which they need to provide to their customers. After check out mandatirily they put extra charges telling that there are damages.staffs in the RECEPTION ACCEPT that earlier only the damage was there but now it has become more in 2days and they make u pay extra.very worst staff and hotel .they provide all fake review's,so don't belive which is mentioned on their website.

This is very peacefull place at Rajaji nagar, block 5 Bangalore -560 010. Food of this hotel is fantastic, service is nice. At Rajaji if any body wish to buy cloths then there is cloth bazar ( specially ready made) then they should visit#223/38, 68th cross road Rajaji nagar. For varieties of readymade ladies kurtis & dress material they should visit Roop Milan shop. This shop is small but lots of varieties of ladies kurtis & dress.

Used the place to have a quick lunch in the Restaurant located in the ground floor of the hotel. The ambiance and cleanliness is good with open kitchen where one can see food being cooked right in front of your eyes. It has self service as well sit in facility. Food quality is reasonably good and affordable on the pocket. Fare served is sumptuous for the price charged. Take away are a big hit here

Very pathetic service by the Manager Mr Nagendra. I booked with Breakfast and they didn't provide even after showing in the Booking Confirmation. He said go and complain to whomever you like which is a very bad ethics. Please don't ever visit this Hotel they don't follow their own Policies.

It is a clean good budget hotel. Very close to local markets where shopping can be a pleasure. A very good vegetarian restaurants downstairs. They don't have a good well marked parking space; that is the only hitch, eventhough the hotel staff will help you to find a place nearby

Cozy rooms, nice hotel, located around 7-8km from Bangalore bus stand and majestic railway station. Sight seeing places around are not many, Iskcon temple is again another 7-8 km away. Hotel has separate restaurant for food, though availability is not 24/7. Parking for own vehicle is an issue,as there is no place, needs to be parked on road outside. Overall ok.

Rooms are very small and unhygienic place. Then dont even clean the rooms properly, rooms full of dust, Almera is very smell and not clean. Need professional people here to maintain. All cigarette buds are lying the floor. Hygiene factors are very poor here.

No.1 Fraud hotel in bangalore.uncleaned restrooms,dirty bedspreads,worst roomservice,no a/c,we have to beg them for each and every needs,even for Drinking water.Lot of cockroaches,pls don't prefer or refer this hotel to anyone.Its better to stay on the road side platform.if u want to see HELL in Bangalore.That is,this Hotel only.....

The hotel staff first of all charged double the money saying the Oyo app is not updated and so amount showing is less, doing fraudulent stuffs. If you're a couple or married couples i wouldn't suggest staying here as the staff were vere rude and impolite towards couples rooms were messy and not the same as shown in pictures.

Very Bad crew and management demanded 596 extra Tham the booking amount.allowed only after paying extra 597l6 extra amount. Else they told me to cancel the booking and go to any other hotel. There was literally no support from OYO. Made me ait for 4 hours to get my room. Pathetic pathetic don't boom rooms via OYO.

The party place is in quiet and nice locality near to Rajajinagar, west of chord road located close to Bashyam circle. There is ample space for parking.. The party place is quite apt for small function with 100 to 150 people to accommodate. The pricing is quiet reasonable around 300 to 380 rupees per plate.

Had a bad experience with this hotel. Oyo welcomes multi nationals to this hotel but its not really the case. The facilities in this hotel is not upto the mark. Staffs are not that responsive. We needs to run behind them even for a correct wifi password. Rooms are small and the comfort feeling is not there.

Very expensive. Geyser and Wifi do not work. they promise and cannot deliver. POOR trained staff. Staff cannot generate bill or use computers for the same.. 50% charged for early check in. they dont keep their promise.

They charged us Rs 1800 per room saying that Oyo has the wrong information about them. The service is really bad and management people are also a bit rude. I don't recommend staying there. We paid for the AC room and they didn't even switch on the AC even after saying twice.

Great staff with budget price for families. Especially located in heart of town which make travel with the town at ease. Happy to recommend to my families and friends.

Did not stay in hotel though. And didn't even see the rooms personally. But attended a meeting in the party hall. It was good enough for accommodating 75-100 chairs. Facilities: Space for around 100 chairs. Water. Washroom available. Can be easily navigated.

Located in Rajaji nagar.. rooms are decent and nice but TV is not working.. even after raising the complaint they did not take any steps to fix it.. house keeping is friendly and they serve immediately once we raise the request.. overall it is above average.

Staff were very rude. They are asking questions why your staying and what is the purpose of it. Very bad experience. Hotel is not bad.. But please have some sense to ask such questions to couples

Good hotel..But becoz of covid, i think there is no much items available..which ever we chose from the menu wasn't available... the chat section was closed . But indian and Chinese cuisine was available.. but chats, sandwich n all wasn't available..

Rude behaviour of cashier.His swag is like he owns the resturant, can't give change for 100rupee for daily breakfast and lunch customer. He refuse to give an coupon.This has happened almost 4-5 times with a same cashier.

Broken door handles, unclean room (cigarette ashes everywhere), leaking toilet. These were my experience, would not go back there again.
