We had booked 2 rooms prior. However, we were told only 1 room is available when we reached. After waiting for a long time, we were given the 2nd room. No proper facilities were given. The bath towel provided was colorful (pink color! rusty! Paan! I am not sure). The room smelled like the mixer of cigarette smoke and room freshener. It gave me bad headache. We were not provided with packaged water bottle. No toiletries. There was no lift. We had to climb 4 floors to the room. The room was untidy.

Worst. We had booked room one week before in oyo app, when we turned up on check-in day at hotel, property owner told your booking amount is very less you should pay more. If not he will give some other room in the property which he owns near by. When i said i have booked this hotel not other. He said rooms are fully occupied and he can't give room. Then we need to walk out with out getting accommodation even after getting oyo confirmation on booking. Please avoid. People there are worst.

Not the stay what we expected it would be , not at all hygiene, sticky floors , dirty pillow covers , hairs sticked to bed sheets from previous stays , blankets are dirty sticked with black dirts ( god knows what is it ) then sheets r not clean totally disappointed and no peace of mind staying here , deeply regret it ... paid 1210 rs that to on a Tuesday ,,, there ar many other hotels provide excellent room and cleanliness for this price ... not at all hygiene

The stay was nightmare. The owner /manager doesn't know how to talk to the guests. Neither room nor service match 3star hotel. It is probably 1star residency. Choosing this residency is my biggest mistake. The room was untidy and bad smelling. No waterbottles, no toiletries.. No lift.

Nice stay with good price range. Breakfast has limited menu. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was a good stay, staff here is very helping and polite. You can order food from zomato or swiggy. Rooms and clean and good.

It's very nice property, room was clean. Staff behaviour is good. Lift is available. Wifi speed is good.

Horrible place to stay. My stay was a nightmare from the get go. They asked me to wait 45 mins for our room even though we advance booked and paid for our rooms. 3 star is a big lie. The staff and probably the manager does not know how to speak with thier guests and asks inappropriate questions.

Worst hospitality, no hygienic bath towels th3y give rusted bath towels, no hot water, i stayed 3 time in their rooms , every time same reason solar not working,not worth for wht we pay.

room is clean and tidy but no one is there to attend any request. morning 7 pm water heater is not on, went down in reception but no one was there to attend. i waited 20 minutes but no help

Worst experience... i booked 2 rooms they argued only one was available. Lifts were not working and we had to climb 4 floors. Not visiting that place again
