First and last time. I went in for a quick look because I work in print. While I was paying for my books the older Caucasian woman that was serving me started talking over me to the next customer before letting me leave the counter like we’re at the farmers markets…the store wasn’t busy. selection of books are bland like the staff and service. Work somewhere else of you want to offer poor customer service, oh wait nobodies hiring for that. Consumers are going online because of rude service. It’s that simple, people are willing to buy local, take some accountability.for your business.

It's a nice stop with a good selection, I appreciate the stores own recommendations being around the front of the store. Helps a guy who's indecisive like me. My fiance loves it too, she's a bigger book nerd than I am but I'm getting there (thanks to her). Only complaint is it's a tad small, but it's never overly crowded. And I'm from America, I'm used to giant Barnes n Noble's warehouses haha.

The website functions like something from 20+ years ago. Unable to effectively search, filter and sort product results. Overpriced, no delivery, a handful of locations... It will be inconvenient to use the giftcard and I will get no value out of it compared to other retailers.

Always friendly service, decent range and gift wrapping is offered. Struggles to compete with the prices of online retailers but that's the challenge for all brick and mortar stores.

Good selection of books. Staff are a little on the unprofessional side, giggling, singing and making inappropriate jokes. A tad off putting when looking to select books.

Friendly people, great service. Nice, free gift wrapping. Nice to see physical bookstores still around with a good selection of books.

Just called looking for an obscure book. Really appreciate the sales assistant going out of her way to help me track it down.

Good selection of books, the Very Hungry Caterpillar hanging from the ceiling was a nice touch.
