Had no issues with the tellers, trying to get a travel card but there’s only 2 chicks on the front desk. One is just been with a guy for the last 30 minutes and the other lady turned me away while she was on hold to another department despite the call being on loud speaker. Not even a purser at the door asking clients when they walk in what they need to do today. Poor form.

We went to to Caringbah branch commonwealth bank and only one team member was serving there need a to be more staff service available. My partner and I waiting there over an hour to be served we got approached by a staff member with food in her mouth saying someone will be with us shortly and nobody came I would not recommend Caringbah commonwealth bank to anyone

Don’t waste your time going to this branch. 95% of enquires sent to customer service desk even travel cards etc while nobody at tellers. The branch is under staffed and those that are there wander around aimlessly trying to avoid giving customer service or hiding inside the customer studio. Waited 30 mins and still nothing.

I found the staff at CBA Caringbah exceptionally helpful when they assisted my with a difficult log in problem They attended to me immediately and gave me their full attention

Excellent customer service provided by Chris at the front desk as he helped me with my business account issues. Great branch manager also. An asset to the organisation.
