Staff are usually pleasant but apart from this nothing good to say about this branch. Only open about 7 hours a day but they still often don't open on time, takes ages to get anything done. There will be customer assistance staff standing around doing nothing while there's big lines and empty teller desks.

The branch was very busy, I was served by manager Anushka who was knowledgeable and helpful and solved my problem straight away after I had been at other branches that couldn’t solve the problem for me. If you need a problem solved go see her!!!
