Once again... I went to deposit coin. Lo and behold! The machine would not accept coins. This is usual. It was before lunch on a Saturday, so the machine should not be full. (This is the machine which 'accepts' a maximum of 2kg at a time. The machine which accepts as much as you can give it was not in operation, which is usual outside of Mon - Fri.) Super frustrating and the staff don't care. I know banks don't want to know about cash these days, but it's a fact of life that people still use it! With the massive profits the banks are making why isn't this service up and running consistently? I'm tempted to take it to a teller next time, so they can experience my frustration. Come on Commonwealth, step up and provide service and working facilities to YOUR customers. I expect no change to the situation, nor any response/action from the bank.

Cannot understand why I could not change notes for coins today. After waiting 15mins to be served, I was told I need to be customer of the bank and that I need to register a card to be able to change money. What has happened to a basic banking service?? Exchanging legal tender is not difficult when you are in a bank but apparently it's very complex.

Amy helped me out. She was very understanding that I was short on time so she got everything completed very quickly and completed it all to an exceptional standard. Great customer service and very polite. Thank you Amy.

Worst service I waited for more than 40 min yet no one came to serve. They just ask to wait. Worst customer service even Peoples comeming after me is getting served and m just waiting.

The staff served me is rude and impatient, which makes me feel untrustable. I regret not remember her name. I should complain directly.

Came here just before closing on a Thurs afternoon, the Teller was very quick and efficient in processing 2 transactions for me.
