I came in this morning to deposit a cheque that was issued by Commbank regarding the class action/credit card insurance scam. The Teller, very rudely with a terribly unwelcoming demeanour stated that Cheques are only valid for 16months and that she won’t accept it. This is not the reason for my one star review today. The middle aged teller with glasses and brown hair was awful, she obviously didn’t want to be there and had gotten out of the wrong side of the bed this morning! There was no need for her to speak in such an abrupt, patronising and blunt manner, and when I asked her not to be so rude, rather than mediating and reflecting she became very defensive and proceeded to inaccurately relay the issue to her colleague. I hope her day and customer service improves.
I experienced a very unpleasant situation at this branch. When depositing money, an incorrect amount of notes was recorded and the moment I cancelled the deposit, the ATM failed and blocked my cash (without any receipt). No one at the bank has been able to resolve the situation and I have been waiting 4 days for my money to be returned. The expert only said to wait, well thank you. I could not pay the rent and the bank was unable to solve their own mistake. I don't trust those ATMs, be careful. I hope someone contacts me ASAP.
i recently had a transaction dispute from an overseas merchant that used my bank details. Tried to call 132221 a pain in the back side to deal with 80 min wait got disconnected and put back in to que for another 60 min wait. In the end gave up and went to the local branch in kingsford. i must say the service in the branch compared to the generic number is second to none and i would like to especially thank Shelly and Kent for sorting things out for me very quickly Regards John
It's a bank. The parking is good and close. There is now plenty of parking in 2 free council parking lots. There are a couple of spots including a disabled spot literally at the door of the bank. Disable access to the bank is really good. The staff went beyond and above to help me back to my car. That's what everyone should be doing for one another.
I always give customer service representatives the benefit of the doubt because they deal with the worst every day. But having to literally answer my own Questions , That's a new low . This is the first time in my 8 Years here , All other CBA representatives in Various branches were patient and helpful.
Arrived at 2pm on a Monday to be told I couldn’t be seen as it’s already too buy & I wouldn’t be seen before they closed even if I waited the two hours. No matter what hour of the day (considering they’re only open limited hours) the bank is always busy, with a minimum of an half hour wait.

The ATM ate my money and after investigation they said is $650, not $700. Then can please tell me where is the $50 gone ? They can refund me $650 directly if I accept or if I don’t I have to make dispute to reinvestigate which they don’t
What a great experience i had. From being welcomed and assisted upon arrival to dealing with a personal banker to the teller staff! Everyone was friendly, helpful and had great energy, really turned the mood of my whole day around :)
Friendly branch staff. At least half of them are able to speak mandarin as well. It would be nice if they opened longer hours and on weekends too but I guess their main customer base are fine with regular hours.
Worst customer service ever encountered in a bank! The banking specialist who’s handling the appointments, is so full of himself, rude and condescending. Literally shouting at clients. He should be fired!
I cam here with my girlfriend a few weeks back and we got really nice service to setup our bank accounts. Everyone was really friendly. Overall had a good experience with this bank.
