I visited the Mona Vale branch last week as was making enquiries about a term deposit for my mother. Tatiana looked after me and was very professional and I ended up getting a great rate of return and the new account was set up on the spot and linked to other accounts. Great service.

I called in to the bank to get assistance in making an international transfer. I received excellent service for my request plus advice on how to increase my savings. I have always received top service from friendly staff at n Mona Vale but Tatiana needs special praise.
