Rushed to get here for 4:30 as I wanted to transfer a large amount of money to a car dealership. The woman working was very rude and questioned why I had left it so late in the day to come and send money over. She advised me to come back the following morning to send it through and pay $30 fee to guarantee same day transfer. I took the morning off work to do this and turned up at opening time, I was greeted by a really nice young guy who told me I can just do it through the app. He said it makes no difference to how long it takes whether it's sent via the app or if I physically came into the bank. They also can't guarantee same day transfer which is what she had told me the day before! So after 2 trips to the bank I could have just sent it via the app in the first place. Seems like the woman needs a bit more education on how things actually work. I seen her in the background hiding away from me as she could see how annoyed I was. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the guy was very helpful.

I went back and pleased them againg! Their arogant behaviour is endless... Never again this CW Bank!
Having left work early to come here before 5pm (as the closest branch to work has closed permanently due to covid), I have been sitting here waiting for 15 minutes to make a simple update to my details (that apparently had to be done in person). Meanwhile there are twice as many bank employees (4) as customers (2), with 2 employees simply standing at the entrance watching passers by. I wonder if they will kick me out without serving me when the bank closes in 5 minutes' time. I would give 0/5 stars if that were possible.
There have been a couple of occasions that I needed assistance in the Randwick Commonwealth branch. Michelle always welcomed me and went above and beyond to help me with my queries and requests. Super quick and efficient service and she has a warm, friendly demeanor which is hard to find these days with everyone busy lives. Could not recommend this service enough. Michelle thanks so much, you legend!
amazing service. We went there to open a bank account. Mohammad who was at the entrance was really nice and helpful. After, we were withCameron, he explained to us thoroughly and made sure we had no further doubts. We had many questions and with his beautiful energy and patience, he answered them. Honestly everyone who works there is so nice and polite! 5 stars for commwealth and 100 for cameron!!
Very rude staff. Talking to the person at the door who directs people and she says, "we're not going to serve you" and we left. Checking the reviews here and about half of them are complaining about how rude the lady at the front door is. Kind of relieved to hear that she's just terrible and it's not her being racist.
The branch doesn't have all the services that out used to as they have downgraded both their physical size and staff in Randwick recently. The staff there can also be very unhelpful and I've had to go back several times to get them to adjust mistakes they've made on my account over the past few years.
Teller told me the RBA's website was wrong, and refused to help me. Had a damaged note, and RBA website clearly states you can take it to any bank and they will assist you in regards to making a claim. Teller refused to help me and told me that the RBA is wrong. Great job guys.
I dealt with Michelle at Randwick today . Michelle was fantastic, she helped me navigate my issue in a lovely polite manor and really helped anyway she could . Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I was happy before I left the branch . Thanks so much for ur help today .
I deposited cash in the first cash deposit booth next to the entrance. The deposit machine malfunctioned while processing and my money was stuck there. I had to wait a week for the bank to refund my money. Even though it wasn't my fault at all. Very bad.
It's my first time banking with CBA. I was on my lunch break hoping to have my NetBank set up. I was greeted by Michelle who was extremely efficient, multi-tasking to help me as I was on my lunch break. Very happy with my first CBA in branch experience.

Shocking service.. Someone greets you and tells you to take a seat. You are sat waiting for a rediciulus amount of time. Where are the staff in this branch? Every time I come here I am sat waiting for ages. Very poor!!!!
Great service, recently visited the branch as I needed a bank Guarantee. Branch manager went above and beyond to assist., she explained the process and made the experience very simple and easy. Would recommend.
I am disappointed to hear that commbank is funding large proportions of coal mining in Australia. The Australian public want to see a 100% renewable energy future! CommBank must stop funding dirty coal.

Had to wait for over an hour while people who came in the door after me were served before me. 3 employees just walking around apologising for the slow service. Overall, a horrible experience.
Terrible customer support. 2 staff working and a heap of customers wanting help. This is one of the worst banks I've been to. Expect long wait times and poor customer service.

The can be a bit pushy to just use the atm instead of going to the counter. but once you pass to the counter Debra is really lovely and helpful.
