Never again will I deal with this branch disgraceful customer service"

Wanted to give authority and consent for my wife to act on my behalf, also add her as a 2nd cardholder. Found out both these forms need to be handed in person, at a branch and not online, which I find absurd in these times when we're supposed to be distancing and under lockdown. You'd think the Commonwealth Bank of Australia would have have facilities available online for form verification. I visited the CBA Revesby branch during my lunch break, made to wait over 45 minutes outside in the queue (only 2 people in front of me), only to be turned away and told that my wife needed to present for me to grant her authority and for the 2nd card. I argued that I have both forms filled and my ID but the customer service rep Katerina said that these were instructions from her manager. She kept trying to explain to me the process over and over and so I asked for her name so I could lodge a complaint ( I asked several times) but she continuously talked over me until I demanded to speak to the manager. I waited another 5-10 minutes and the manager, Steven K. stepped outside and explained that the 2nd cardholder form wasn't necessary but my wife needed to visit the branch for an identity check and signature. He also advised that I didnt have to return, only my wife would be required. In the end, I did what I set out to do and that was to hand in my forms. Customer service experience so poor, lack of process knowledge and dismissive. Spent over an hour outside the branch in the queue. In the end, only the manager could help, which he did so quickly. Disappointing seeing as I'm moving from another bank and a new customer. I won't even mention my experience from 3 weeks ago as it didn't happen to me, only witnessed things I should have taken as a sign for future dealings with this bank/branch.
I entered and was greeted with sassy staff members treating me like I was making their day oh so hard. All I wanted was a small withdrawal but in denominations of a various notes and gold coins. The woman behind the counter looked at me as if how dare I not use the atm. She made me sign a receipt and then tore it up and told me to wait or use the atm and then the change machine. I withdrew from the atm and tried using the change machine but the minimum $2 coins it would allow was $50 worth.. I only wanted $20. Like I said, I only wanted a small withdrawal. I went back to the counter and was served by another lady Who argued with me and talked to me like I was being difficult and what I was asking for was a VIP service. After she was quiet and actually let me explain what I was after she easily did it but slapped the coins down in my hand and dropped two whilst doing it. Didn’t even say sorry or bye. Even though I killed those women with kindness they still provided terrible customer service. It’s my local branch and I won’t be going there again.

Doesn’t deserve a star at all. Small branch. Lined up, total of 3 people in front of me waiting. Staff member was like a sea-gull bird attacking a hot chip, instantly tried convincing me to use the machines. I thanked her but declined as I had a few things I needed to do with a teller. She can’t back not once but twice.. was passive aggressive. Told her firmly to back off. When I got to the teller he was even worse. Staff are rude, grumpy & robotic. Thank god this isn’t my local branch. Won’t be back!
Bad experience to share. I just need to update my profile with my new student ID. 3 of the staff at counter had no idea what's going on. Ask me to wait, I explained to them in in a hurry I can come back another time. They ask me to wait for another staff who will be available immediately because no one is waiting. I had waited for 10 mins but the staff who supposed to attend to me immediately is chit-chat in the room.
Went to open a business account, was told to make an appointment and come back tomorrow. The next day was made to wait around after arriving on time and after a while was confronted by the 'specialist' who said you cannot do so in the bank and has to be done online. When attempting online it says has to be done in-branch. Staff either have no idea what they are doing or refusing customers because they are busy.
I’ve been to the Revesby branch on multiple occasions & each time I’ve visited, I have received amazing service, the staff are very friendly also & have gone above and beyond for me every time, without fail. I will definitely be visiting this branch more often as I love all the help I have received from you all thus far & I love how welcomed I feel each time. Thank you for being so lovely
Staff have always tried their best to help. COVID has decimated the banks and the big bosses keep hiding behind a non-existent disease. Time to get back to normal and stop trying to automate everything. Machines are constantly down, empty or not operating properly. GET BACK TO NORMAL. I FOR ONE WILL NOT BE USING MACHINES. JOIN ME & SAVE JOBS GUYS !!!!
It’s always busy and mostly filled with people who refuse to embrace technology and do their banking online. I’ve never been offered a coffee like on your ad but I’m always offered some sort of credit card every time I go there. Things often get placed in the too hard basket, they’ll blame the call centre or anyone else when something goes wrong.
Amazing service and great help. I came to Commbank in Revesby to get a urgent personal loan for renovations for my home. Hakan was very helpful and got me the money within 24hrs and explained the whole contract process and details. Highly recommend Hakan and the staff @ Commbank Revesby.

Best customer service and really efficient. The tellers Vicki and Belinda and customer service specialist Jeanette and Jenifer are always so knowledgeable and kind and great to deal with . Revesby has been my local branch 10+ years and I will continue to do my banking there.
Terrible customer service. Left me waiting for 20 minutes and I told them I was on my lunch break and needed to speak with someone urgently. Staff were very rude and made me feel stupid for being there in the branch and for not fixing my issue online in my own time.
Commonwealth bank Revesby is the worse customer service ever we came they told us to go and come back in half hour we did and came back I told the lady we back for an hour now she’s saying won’t be long so one and half hour waiting and still not served
ATM took my money, was on hold for 2 hours to try and resolve the issue, was given the worst support imaginable, after finally being able to lodge a dispute I'm told it might take up to 45 days to resolve. Are you joking.
Absolute stand out customer service from Ashleigh and Anthony was phenomenal with answering all my home lone questions and queries, will definitely be returning to this branch for further banking.
The lady who was standing to greet customers, 17/08/23 10:30am. Very selective about greeting customers (!) (?) Came to deposit money.....left without doing anything. I felt so welcome....... NOT
I had lost my card last week, i went into the branch and they automatically helped me out, very helpful and the problem was resolved very quickly, will definitely return for future needs!

Some staff can be arrogant and other staff try to get you to use a ATM to do the transactions. I only use this branch for work banking, lucky its not my local.
Really poor customer service. Went to open an account, was told to come back in 2 hours as they are very busy. No need, I will take my business elsewhere.
