Absolutely disgusted with these employees and the manager they were rude not willing to help and very racist towards my nationality and will definitely NEVER BE COMING BACK and this isn’t the first time it’s happened will be changing banks

The worst CBA branch I’ve ever been to. Laziest staff. A blondie staff refused to do the money deposit through the counter and asked me to deposit money through ATM while there was no customer at all after me. It happened 2 times.

This bank is doing what the police do, I just want to withdraw my money and they seem to be asking all my personal things treat me like a prisoner. They seriously violated my personal affairs, very bad experience.

Poor service I want to open my business account but they don’t know how to open the account. They told me to come another day . Same thing happened 3 to 4 time but they didn’t open my account.

So sorry that we decided to support local & invest with this branch, no customer service & just couldn't care less, won't be staying with them.
