From today I don't have any trust with banker specially teller. Today I went to comm bank rockdale branch to deposit cash amount . 11:08 am cash amount has been deposited in my account while during the process teller lady try to keep $50 extra which has been counted by machine I repeat her that $50 extra came you can deposit in same account but she ignore thats $50 is extra amount which she put separately near by Note Counter Machine and she said that together which amount i told her. But she already put rest of the amount in cash safe . After I repeat please count again she said I already put in safe and i request her to count again please even its in safe she took out and count the money again and money came $50 again after that she get embarrass and ask my account again to make that $50 extra but i ask to give cash back which is the extra $50 and she gave me that back . If my eyes are not open I loose that $50 .So I request to all while you guys go to deposit in bank with teller open your eyes maybe next person will be you.. Thanks And after deposit finally complain to the bank lady who is infront of the door she copy my receipt as well. mayebe she will take the action about it. 0 Star out of 10000 Star this time to Commbank Rockdale Branch

Being a CBA customer for at least 10 years. I can tell you this bank is disappointing. There isn’t customer service, staff is not being helpful at all. I went to the bank today just to deposit the coins I got from work. The machine itself it’s not working properly, it says max is 2kg per deposit? How do you expect ppl know what does 2kg of weight means? Should I bring a weight with me? I mean no one can tell this. Also the design of the machine is not accessible for ppl with disability, the height and the machine size is so low. Do you expect an elderly person can bend over to help themselves with the machine? The machine does not accept coins more than 2kg so it disputed all the coins I put it in. And then I have to Re do the whole thing 4 times. The security guard watching me and laughing. I mean what’s so funny about it ? Can’t you focus on your job to maintain security of the bank. When ppl need help and you don’t provide it please walk away. There is no way I am coming back to cba again. Disgusting ppl.

Had many good experiences with CBA in the past, but today I dealt with incompetent staff with know all attitude! I had Interest rate locked in for 8 months on my net saver account which had just finished and they argued with me there was no such thing! (Which I set up in the same branch back in December) I asked them to check my account history which they said they couldn't see what Interest rate was being paid for the last 8 months. I asked to speak to the manager, then all of a sudden, they could see my history and I was right all along.. Poor service!

Yesterday night i deposited some money in atm of this branch and machine counted wrong. I pressed ok and kept the receipt. Today i went there and talked in person about the matter. The front lady customer manager said, "Machine is never wrong!" She acted as if i were telling lie. Atleast she could say me that combank will check it for me or atleast "sorry"! If you guys are doing cash deposit then try to avoid cash deposit machine of rockdale princess highway because if you lose your money they will say "sorry machine is never wrong!"

Just went there and wasted a full hour. All I want was to open a joint bank account with my partner. They not only took ages putting basic information but in the end couldn't open it. Staff is not prepared and capable of doing simple procedures. So disappointed I'm thinking about moving my savings account to another bank. We were attended by Samir and despite him asking help from manager 3 times in the end he couldn't do it.

I have been there a few times, but the best experience I had today (personally) with the Branch Manager he was really professional and perfect. He helped me with everything and made me totally satisfied. All his staff were nice too. I liked that he treated me very well, smiles, good listening, helping and answering everything. I really have never had any experience like today ! just perfect!!

The worst bank I have ever used. ATM is faulty and my cash deposit was lost. After reporting the loss of funds several times, they finally opened up an investigation and told me I would hear back after a maximum of 21 days. After 66 days I still haven't heard anything back and I am now writing this review. Do NOT use this bank, and especially not the faulty ATMs

Sebastain Brooks the worst customer service ever. I was trying to explain everything but he was soo rude and full of attitude that he was not listening to my problems. Instead of helping me he was just giving me a bad attitude. Would never recommend anyone to go for him. Worst person I wish I could give minus rating.

Yeah it's ok as far as banks go, quite a few ATMs and not too busy when I was there. However, the location isn't the most convenient. The road and the area is gross and needs updating - the vibe is kind of off putting as well. All in all a fine banking experience.

It's a branch of the CBA in a prime location in the shopping precinct on the Princes Hwy. A short distance away is a commuters car park from which wheelchair access is a good as it gets. The post office is a cuppla doors away. The NAB, Westpac are nearby.

The worst Commonwealth bank ever. 98% of the time the ATMs don't work. Can't deposite. Can't withdraw. And the worst part is, there are no Comm bank atm with in 5km radius. Thinking about switching banks at this point. Too much hassle.

Jeremy was kind enough to make an appointment with us after hours to discuss first home buyers and loan options. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and we learnt a lot from the experience. Couldn't recommend him enough

Mary helped me with verifying my identity for account opening, as well as the online account application. Extremely kind, courteous and helpful despite a few hiccups and the process taking some time. Great experience.

Don’t be there one minute late or they’ll stand behind a glass window and ignore you. Lazy and rude staff horrible customer service. 10 people inside won’t assist with any machine outside which regularly have issues.

Been here more than twice a week.. long waiting time.. need to wait for more than hours.. poor administration service. serious issue need to change… Hope for better service coming days.

Best bank branch by a long mile, West Pac,NAB,ANZ, St George Bank dont even come close to CBA I guarantee you check it out yourself I am telling all you people the honest truth . …

when I went up to the teller told her what I wanted her to do then she walks off and starts eating and talking to her co workers and there's never enough tellers open

Althiugh had a wrong transaction went therw to enquiry it but Had great experince very cooperative staff and very helpful staff.

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, while being very efficient. They can usually sort out the issue that you are experiencing.
