My visit to the Branch today reminded me of your exacting attention to detail, A transaction that could ordinarily have taken an hour elsewhere took just 10mins; Rose Bay is a well oiled machine and a pleasure to visit. Went to Rose Bay branch during lunch today (15/06/2023 at 12.05pm) to see the branch manager (Amanda), who I saw last week also during my lunch break waited patiently in the queue for 15mins and was told she wasn't in today. She took my documents to process bond release and promised that I will get an email followed by mail in 7 days. I didn't get an email nor I got any mail. I called the Commonwealth Bank on 132221, waited for an hour just to be told they don't deal with bond release and I need to go back to the branch - When Comm Bank talks about meeting service standards, they failed to deliver. It's disgusting service

I will advice any person banking with commenwealth bank DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!!!! Amanda along with the other staff made me wait 1 hour my bank details and account info was comprised another customer pushed infront of me and Amanda said that I was raising my voice the staff ignored my cry for help that my account was compromised by scammers they all laughed at me and she threw me out even though I was crying and panicking un professional do not go here she is an ugly person This branch needs to be shut down! And all the employees fired

Absolutely horrible branch. It's all automated and takes forever to even take out $500 from a branch member if the computer trips for some reason. Spent 45 mins for them to continue to see how to get around the new rules... Go to NAB at least they still have real bank tellers. Now 2hrs later I just saw they have completely taken my account offline so I can't even access through online since I reviewed them.

Just wanted to say a big thanks to the branch manager Amando for going above & beyond to make our transaction happen on spot when it could've taken a day which would compromise our negotiation. Thanks heaps Amanda and to the very nice guy from the cashier for the help. All the best!

Amanda the branch manager is such a breath of fresh air. What used to be a stale, boring jail-like branch is positive, happy and so un-bank like. Her and her team, including Simmy, always recognise me and greet me with kindness. They are the reason I still bank with CBA.

Tahoura was extremely accomodating when I came in due to some access issues with my commsec account. She spent over an hour with me and contacting the Commsec office and walking me through ID verification. She made the whole experience very easy and pleasant.

This is such a well run and friendly branch. Amanda, Simarto and Gus really listen to me when I go in and recognise me each time. It is very different from a couple of years ago, and is now above what Rose Bay customers expect. Thank you all.

I took in a jar of coins and they were highly inconvenienced. Few hundred dollars already in bags of same kind and counted. Yes I was cleaning out my house and it is legal tender called money.

Spent 15 min to be told their cash counting machine doesn't work. They couldn't count 20 or thirty notes to give me .... instead they sent me to the other branches...I'm 74
