My balance was insufficient for a direct debit payment, but without informing me bank overcharged me putting my blance in minus. and sent me message to pay overpaid to avoid any charges. I straight away paid back but unfortunately in evening bank again charged me $15 and put again my account on minus. Really really disappointed . I called to bank and told the lady all situation but she said ok I will refund you if you come at brach today. I requested her that I'm alone with little girl without car at home so how can come but she totally ignored and very rudely repplied the same line and disconnected call. bank overpaid without permission, charged me &15 instead of fact that I have paid them back immediately, and now for paying me back theywant me to visit them at once ignoring everything. bank overcharged without permission but for paying back to customers, it suggest proper physical identification. That's really really sad

Normally the girls st the service centre are pretty spot on and very helpful BUT I had a problem with my account and had to close it for security reasons and reopen another but the lady forgot to order me a new card and I had already waited 13 days now have to wait another week or more is so inconvenient !

The best customer service experience by the lady named Sharlene , she went above and beyond to make sure my brother knew what he was doing and how to use the app along with advice for his best interest and showed a general care for her clients. We will definitely come back to see her for future Enquiries!

40 mins standing in line. One staff serving whilst 10 other customers from a line out the door. 3 staff out the back talking loudly about the fun they had on the weekend......waiting. waiting.... zzzzzzzzzz

Deposit funds into outside ATM at 8:50am. Direct Debit comes out at lunch time. Deposit still not added to account. I am hit with fees at both ends. Bloody marvelous.

Very disappointing both ATMs at St Clair were out of service nearly all weekend. Heading there shortly being Monday morning hoping they are up & running
