I'm posting this review because of the non-service provided to my mum, who is 90. Her simple request was for activation and new pin number for a replacement card. The 1st time we went the place was packed (it's a very small branch). We waited a long time for customer service but in the end we walked out as we were not acknowledged as requiring service. There appeared to be no system for determining where you were in the queue, or indeed if there was a queue. The customer service people seemed to be taking an inordinate amount of time with people they were dealing with, having social rather than business conversations. A couple more times we went back to that branch, but as there were crowds and my mum uses a walker we decided not to stay. We dealt with the card activation process over the phone. Finally early this afternoon we decided to go into that branch again to get the pin number sorted. No big queue, but the 2 customer service ladies were engaged with other clients. One of them acknowledged my mum, and told her to sit on the couch and that she was next in the queue. I went off to do some errands, came back 20 mins later and my mum was still sitting there. I then went off for another 10 minutes and came back and she still hadn't been served. We waited another 15 minutes on the couch then walked out. This branch has a serious problem with customer service. The one star was for the customer service person acknowledging that my mum needed to sit on the couch.
Rudest CBA branch staff in Sydney. Around 9:50 AM at 06/02/2022, The staff rudely asked me to move my torrlley with lot of food out of the branch. And she allowed another lady with her nearly empty torrlley in at the same time. She was already very rude to ask me whether I am CBA customer when I came. Maybe she just does not like my Asian face. I have bussines account with CBA for 10 years. I need to change a lots of coin for my business. I can not carry them without the torrley. Finally, I did my change in the westpac in the same level. I do not have a business account but have a personal account with Westpac . But they still give me good service.
I have personally been in banking for many years .I have never struck anything as rude as this place.Gave me a business card to call the manager I called from outside the front of the branch phone rang out and manager wouldn't answer the phone. I walked into the branch and asked her why she wasn't answering the phone She simply said I am maning the door. Later after second call was made she simply said I didn't say that. How are we supposed to trust the banks with our money.The government needs to step in .
Google said they were open, they aren't my normal bank but my local one isn't open on fridays. When i got there i was disappointed to see that it wasn't open and it had a note on the door saying it was closed. No explanation, just that they were closed and that i should go to a location that is even further from my home. How hard is it to say you are closed online and state why on a piece on paper?

I would normally use the internet to do banking transactions, but there was a problem at my end. When I entered the branch I was greeted by Desi who helped me the transactions and problem solving. Thank you Desi for your professionalism.
The nice person Sharon yesterday was able to give me a really good 3 month netsaver rate from looking at the computer in her office; thanks CBA!
Waiting for 20 minutes. Not yet acknowledged by so called customer service staff, who seem more interested in discussing fingernail polish.
Useless. They don’t pick up their phone and then when you go in to get service, they refuse unless you had an appointment lol
