Natalie Siow was a charmer and guided me through every step to create a Smart Access account for international students. She even thoroughly walked me through the CommBank app and ATMs to deposit/withdraw cash. Also received a international student gift package. Would recommend Natalie for international students coming here to open an account. Your experience with other tellers may vary though. My friend who went with me at the same time didn't really receive much information about his account and he was left confused with a lot of things.

Nice staff at the entrance, that’s what the 1 star is for. The guy that processes my new account application seems very unwilling to do his work, looks very annoyed and acts like I own him a million, plus he nearly can’t answer any questions I ask about the account, very unprofessional and looks like not much training is needed to work here. Better improve staff training and show some respect to customers.

I was there to cancel overdraft. First thing the staff said is no we cannot refund you the 2 cents interest. I did not even ask... Then the staff said just manage your money better. Yeah right the cba website says you can call or visit a branch to cancel overdraft. Very professional. Always found this branch to be particularly bad for whatever reason. Waste of time, just call and wait on the line.

The staff is almost always pleasant to talk with an are informative. That being said I would have taken my business elsewhere had I been aware of the money the bank is investing in fossil fuels. They spent $3.9 billion in fossil fuels last year. I believe it is now the job of corporations to help fix our planet, and the sooner they stop investing with fossil fuels the better.

i was calling 10 times.. i waited every call about 5-10min for someone to pickup the phone.. i left 2 messages, asked to call as soon as possible, because i had a problem, someone stole my money from account so they didn’t even call me after 3days!!!!! no response nothing !!!! why you need customer service number if you not answering and not recalling???

Need efficient and kind customer management service! First-come-first-served or any appointment are not fairly working. A front staff can’t deal with all students rushing in for their first semester/settlement :( Shouting at customers and making embarrassed. No care about how to help customers, but just to excuse how much they are busy.

Sadly CommBank is now a fossil. It's the largest investor in fossil fuels of all the big Australian banks: $3.9 billion last year. We are all paying the price for this bad investment in a dying industry: customers, shareholders, and every single Australia.

Very unprofessional. Asking for a simple exchange for tuition fee and can't even do it properly. Asking too many questions as if there is an issue with such exchange. Main branch in city is much much better.

Handy branch in the University Wentworth building with 2 ATMs. Staff were very friendly. Great layout like you are walking into a home and not a cold plastic bank branch.

Forgot his name, but a lovely man from Pakistani helped me open my bank account. The process was quick and easy, and he was very helpful and friendly. 10/10 recommend!
