None of the others center are cordial or helpfull like the personel of Liverpool, is a real pleasure to deal with that center at any time o day. Company built on lies! Over 2 months of back and forth of documents, having to deal with 3 mortgage specialists, with very little communication. Staff who are dealing with your application just take off on holiday without even notifying the customer. Mortgage specialists blatantly lie to cover themselves. Constantly advising them that our fixed rate ends in July. Being told constantly that you meet all the requirements and criteria to get it approved. Our application being verbally approved, then verbally declined 10 days later, with conveniently no phone call recordings to verify the conversation. Now we are stuck with CBA paying one of the highest rates around. Stay away from this company.

This is our first interaction with Community First Bank. What can I say, they absolutely set the benchmark as to how all banks should service and treat their potential customers and customers alike!!! Janet D'Silva from Liverpool, we can't thank you enough for being very patient and supportive with our application for a Green car loan. Prompt response and support all the way through. We had some difficulties with the online application process but this was addressed in a timely manner with alternate solutions offered. I connected with Janet from community first late Wednesday afternoon, after my hot water system died Wednesday morning. It is now Friday morning and green loan has been finalized and my new hot water service is on its way today. Janet was excellent took details Wednesday, arranged data and contacted me 8am Thursday to confirm details and application, checked in Friday at 8am ran through contract details, finalized loan and at 9:57am Friday I am writing review. Love community first! I have had their low rate Visa card for over 5 years now as it is just what I need a low rate line of credit without the bells and whistles. I applied for a credit increase earlier in the year but due Covid my income for that year couldn’t get me what I needed at that time. Snezana who was looking after me followed up after 6 months like I was told she would, then, when I least expected it I received a follow up call and I now qualified for the increase with my current income. That’s what I call service and Snezana made it so easy for me and I am so glad that I waited. Snezana is absolute GOLD.

The whole team of community first bank at Liverpool are always welcoming with a smile. Two years ago I have just moved from another bank after staying with them for 25 years. They even bit the home loan rate from other banks. My wife always had an account with community first bank from day one and even asked me to move to community first bank, but I didn't listen to her .(big mistake) We don't have to line up like other banks. Often we are offered cappuccino & biscuit etc. 100% recommended without any doubts.

I dealt with Snezana Tancevska from Community First Credit Union to obtain a loan to purchase a vehicle. I found Snezana to be very professional in her approach. She was also able to communicate in a personal and friendly manner. Snezana went over and above to ensure I had the right loan at a great low interest rate even working in her own time before the Easter Holiday break. She is a great asset to Community First and was a pleasure to work with.

I have banking with this community credit union at Liverpool store for many years now, and we are highly recomended this particular store, for the great customer service and very friendly staff members. We found all personnel very easy to deal with any problem could present on any of the services they provided.

Our loan took a few weeks longer to approve than initially advised, but once it was all went smoothly. Snezana's communication was excellent and she always replied to emails same day, and always returned calls same day. This has been consistent now several weeks after our loan was funded too.

The Specialist was very helpful, process was quick and easy, paperless which is very good for the environment. I would recommend as the rate is good and generous compared to other Banks as long as you have got a good credit this is would be the place to go. Awesome work and best service.
