I shopped around and saw some slightly better variable rates but decided to talk to Community First because they offered a good fixed rate. I dealt with Alexandrea the entire time and she was a massive help, it’s my first new car so I had a lot of questions and Alexandrea took the time to explain everything. There was no pressure throughout the process and I ended up getting approvals very fast. I was kept in the loop the entire time and had a follow up call today (a week later) to check in.
