I ordered from this florist unfortunately since they are partnered with 1800flowers. I live in VA and my SIL lives in CA. I wanted to get a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my SIL's birthday. Ordering from 1800flowers was a big mistake. The biggest mistake was having Conroy's flower make the arrangements. They sent the bouquet of flowers on Thursday. As soon as I saw the flowers, I knew that wasn't what I ordered. I immediately called 1800flowers and showed the picture. They sent another order to them the next day. Here was the issue, they replaced the flowers with nothing similar to cost. Half the flowers are already dying. It wasn't even remotely close to the pictures. The RUDE company kept texting the recipients like they were the ones calling complaining! They weren't, it was me. So when you put the recipients information down, don't. These florist or 1800flowers abuses their rights to use that information just to make sure delivery is successful and instead harasses them because they couldn't provide the services as ordered. I am attaching the conversations. 1800flowers guaranteed flowers were for us to keep but Conroy's went against that. They obviously don't communicate as partnered companies. Conroy's is a complete scam and abuse your privacy. 1800flowers need to fire this florist, it would probably save them tons of money and headaches they dish out. Seriously, look else where, order else where this place is a complete SCAM. Don't provide a penny to them and take your business somewhere else. Because of Conroy's Flowers in San Diego, CA - I will never do business again with 1800 flowers again in my life. They invade your privacy, wrongfully use your private information, and they can’t even provide a decent floral arrangement. Here’s the crazy part, they promised that delivered the exact arrangement then contradict themselves by saying they can’t fulfill it later to the recipient. Run from them as fast as possible! I’m pretty sure you can get better service and arrangements elsewhere.

Update: went back today for last minute court house wedding flowers. The front girl did a good job with my last minute request but Maria an employee from the back added ribbons that made the whole bouquet Pop. It just looked nice before but when I asked for ribbons the girl helping me told me she was just going to wrap in green paper to hold together. I requested ribbons and an employee from the back Maria said she would do it. She took great care in arranging the ribbons and checking with me to see if I liked them. It was 100 bucks with tip for the last minute arrangement but to be honest it wouldn't have been worth it without the ribbons. Although lovely it was just a lovely bouquet that didn't look like someone should hold for a wedding. With the ribbons it did. Old review. I went to Windys flowers first due to some negative reviews and when i saw the pathetic corsage my son would have had to give to his date we immediately went to CONROYS. we ordered a corsage for that night and it was absolutely beautiful just like the photo. The gentleman who helped was great and let me know which flowers were going to be a little different due to availability. The final result was so great it was worth the little extra we paid. My sons date had never seen a corsage like the bracelet one we selected and she loved it. I spent 23 dollars at windys and it had fake leaves roses the size of the 99 cent store mini rose bush and only three with wilting babys breath. The corsage from Conroys was about forty but it was covered in flowers and nothing was fake the style was so different that my sons date said she was the only one at the prom with a corsage that looked like a bracelet. Once again i have to say dont listen to the negative reviews they must be old ones because our experience was wonderful. it has been two days and they are still lovely without being in water. This was written a while ago just somehow neglected to post.

Stay far, far away. On June 24th I placed an order with 1-800-Flowers to be delivered on Sunday July 11th as it was the anniversary of a child’s passing and I wanted to do something to honor the day for my friend (child’s mother). The arrangement was to be made by a local artisan. I got an email the morning of July 11th around 10:30am or so stating that they’d started the arrangement. By 4:00pm I had not received the notification that it was on the delivery truck or that it had been delivered. I called 1-800-Flowers and they contacted the shop (they don’t tell you the shop name out of “security” ) The shop claimed there’d been an accident on the road and it was delayed but that it would be there in 20-25 minutes. Imagine my surprise when the order never gets delivered on July 11th. I call 1-800-Flowers and they assure me that the shop will make a new bouquet and it will be delivered promptly the following morning July 12th….. Which never happened. They also tried to contact the shop 3 times and the shop never answered the phone nor returned messages. Finally on July 13th a NEW shop received my order and did promptly deliver the bouquet to my friend. Today is Monday, July 19, 2021. It’s a full 8 days after my order was to be delivered and my friend just got a delivery from Conroy’s-and they’re half dead. Clearly this was the original bouquet from 8 days ago. No apology. They didn’t bother to make a new one. They took an arrangement from over a week ago and delivered it like it was okay and acceptable. And if they claim that they made a new arrangement and delivered it today, than their flowers are very low quality which warrants not using their services either. How do I known it was Conroys? Because the newly delivered arrangement says so. They also spelled my name wrong which while not a deal breaker is incredibly irritating since it clearly on a screen in front of them.

Not sure what's up with the negative reviews on here in the past. But my experience today was fantastic customer service. I ordered from 1800 flowers for an arrangement for a coworker who lives in SD. Ordered at 11am and it was delivered at 7pm same day! I even made the mistake of trying to surprise my coworker with the flowers so wasn't aware there was a gate code to get in the apartment complex! Eek -- but the wonderful delivery driver Stacy made every effort to get the flowers delivered. She stayed in close contact with me while I figured out the gate code situation. She even hung around the area for an additional hour to make sure my coworker got her flowers. A+ customer service and I'm appreciative of the good effort.

Comment from my dear friend after receiving the puppy in a basket bouquet. Thank you Conroy's for doing such a beautiful piece of art. I am so thrilled with my little puppy -- my friend happened to be visiting me and took a picture of the bouquet with my little puppy "Penelope".... however, she wasn't sure that she could develop the photo. Another church friend will try to do this for me and I will have a photograph to frame and mount up where I could enjoy seeing it from now on. I hope to be able to keep the flowers fresh for quite some time. It is wondrous to see what some enterprising florist can do with such talent.

Very disappointed with this company after finding my unexpected Mother's Day Flowers on my porch this morning. After checking my security cameras, I found the flowers were delivered at 4:35pm on Monday, May 9 and I didn't find them until Tuesday, May 10 at 9:30am. I called just to let the company know that I was disappointed no one rang my door bell to let me know they arrived. All I received was "I'm sorry but unless the flowers/arrangement is not good, I cannot do anything about it". The person I spoke with was anything but helpful and I will tell my DIL to not send me flowers any more.

The place is not set up for walk in traffic. Its not at all made for walk in customers and its hard to find the flowers! Don't expect to walk in and purchase a premade flower arrangement. You either have to tell them what you want or point at a picture of the arrangement you want them to make. Staff is not friendly and difficult to work with. The owner is rude and very awkward. I highly recommend only doing online ordering with these people! The less interaction directly with them the better you will be!

I ordered flowers online on 1800flowers for my friend's birthday. They didn't deliver it on the 28th (they asked my friend for waiting them for one hour and didn't come), so I ordered flowers from another place and paid more money that I had planned. I called 1800flowers to cancel my order, they said that they did it, but they actually didn't and delivered the flowers the next day. I'm very disappointed in the way they do their business.

A bit Disappointed. My father passed away and my work sent me these flowers but the funeral was in Colorado. When they called me to ask if they could leave them I told them I was in Colorado for a week to tale care of his affairs. When I came home I was greeted with some very dead flowers. I wish they would have lasted at least a Week for me to see them.

Two of my last three orders were poor quality flowers and they missed the delivery date because of going to the wrong location. I just ordered Mother's Day flowers and they missed the delivery date, there was no card and no Mylar balloon! I tried to support our local business. I will never use them again and I do not recommend using Conroy's

It was the first time I ordered flowers oversea online for my sister, I have to say that Conroy's Flowers did an absolutely beautiful job on the flower arrangements. The delivery was on time, staff was courteous and professional. I truly recommend them. Their arrangements are stunning. Thank you for making our day special!

When I walked in the store there were two people working in the middle of the store making plant baskets, there was one working behind the counter and not one of them greeted me. I walked around the store. There were very few flower arrangements which is what I was looking for. Perhaps they do more online delivery.

I live in NYC and needed to send flowers in El Cajon area for a friend, I found them on Google so I gave them a call. WOW they were so friendly and so helpful, he walked me step by step through the process and helped me pick out a fabulous bouquet of flowers! 10/10 recommend using them!!!

This place is extremely horrible I and extremely expensive. I asked one of the ladies that I could get the flowers without the vase she says it will be the same price either way she was extremely rude like that I had asked her that question stay far away from this place.

My husband and daughter ordered this absolutely adorable flower arrangement from 1800Flowers for me for Mother's Day, and I love it so much! I didn't even know you can arrange flowers into an adorable little dog before this. Wow!!! Very happy!
