The library space is small but uses all of the space to their advantage and feels very open with the windows by the computers. The staff are always friendly and agreeable. It is a lovely quiet space to study or read a few new books. I love that you no longer need your physical library card to borrow books, they have an app (a little buggy) or I use Stocard (app on iPhone) and that works everytime, no issues. The reservation shelf is right by the entrance so it’s quickly accessible. Toilets have always been clean and maintained when I have visited. I’m glad this is my local library.

The staff are always willing to drop what there doing and go assist you. There book recommendations are superb. They have informed me about heaps or books that I have read and I cannot put the books down. There study area is fantastic, as its got free WIFI and its really quiet. It's always a nice environment and the community that go there are always polite. They also have DVD's that you can borrow and there in good condition as are the books, which almost never have rips, stains or pages missing.

The Constitution hill library is one of my most favourite spot. Very humble and friendly staff assisting everyone, and awesome books. Borrowing books is absolutely hassle-free. There are books for kid, teens and adults. The library has calm place to sit and read. Lots of holiday activities for kids during the vacation.

I had the very best customer support while went there today to get more information on home library services and other online library services. Reception Lady and other staff were very helpful and informative. She gave me heaps of information about online and home library services. Always love to go to that library.

What has happened to this amazing library. They have a new librarian, who is not very welcoming, abrupt and rude. Jo and her team were amazing and always friendly and extremely helpful. I don’t think I’ll be using this library for a while, I’ll travel up to the Hills. Very sad

Small library with all the resources of the larger parramatta library and no crowds. Parking out the front. A nice cosy sunny reading corner. Good staff ratio.

Great local library.....full of books, magazines, CDs, videos....helpful staff....and regular activities for kids....close to playground and convenience shops
