My favourite library in the Blacktown area. Large seating area including an area for children. Self serve borrowing options. Free internet for members. The only feedback I have is to replace the one-by-one returning system and use a chute so people can return all books in one go.
A very well organised and clean library with vast collection of books and really love the kids special programs. Specially the Friday 11 am kids story time even they give supplies for crafts these kind of programs build kids interest going to Library Really easy to borrow books.
Great setup and customer service. Got my membership and borrowed few books can borrow up to 30 books lots of variety books to choose from. Good mixture of books for children and adults. Great non fiction and fiction stories to select from eve CD. …
Friendly, helpful staff. Great services in the library and online. Up to date with the latest technology so there's access for all the community. I like what they've done with the decor in recent times, the trees in the children's area look
I was truly impressed by the peaceful ambiance and extensive collection of books. It's a haven for book lovers like me, and you can have a free access on the Library’s Wi-Fi, Free Membership,Free Charging station just incase your gadget run
I visit Max Webber Library at least once a month. Roger Swanson's movie club provides interesting movies that give something to think about. I love this movie club, there are good people and a nice atmosphere, we laughed and cried together.
The JP guy who was there on 31/10/2023 morning hours refused to sign my documents and asked me to go Centrelink saying they can sign it .Centrelink said they are not authorised to sign such documents. So I went to a different JP in another
Front staffs were very helpful but the JP worked on 24/10/2023 was very rude and disrespectful. I have to apply for APHRA registration and has to be exact same written words but he denied to write, said no time. I wrote all on the papers
Possibly the largest library in Western Sydney with many floors for study, reference, research and books. Very wide range of fiction and nonfiction books. Uses latest technology. Old and outdated toilets which is a shame. Multicultural
●EDIT 15JAN24: Sadly Roger is retiring & will be sadly missed. Email I received Library is changing the Day from 3rd SAT to 3rd TUE of month at 1.30pm, as the Library is unable to offer Sat. Recently we have had a greater influx of
It is a very beautiful, modern, and well-organized library. The children's section is fantastic. I bring my two-and-a-half-year-old child there occasionally, and she enjoys the children's section and selects books to borrow.
It was super huge. Librarians are very helpful . I asked them for the headphones but they didnt them. They said they would tell their managers to provide us with headphones next time. I really appreciated for that!
I went to this library twice for a JP sevice. The first was on a saturday 25/11/23. The lady JP was ok and a litte easy to communicate with but her manner of speaking was still a little unwelcoming.
Very close, great service. Today is my first time to get there, the staffs are really helpful. Thank you so much. By the way,you can find almost everything here, also printing is provided.
Spacious, clean & well organised. Staff friendly & helpful. Upstairs is quiet & provides an excellent environment to work or study. A wide collection of DVDs.
It's so hot inside this library (atleast today), that it's very difficult to concentrate. Otherwise, decent library.
Nice library with a big space for working - power outlets, free wifi, parking available, and an attached cafe.
The 2 gentlemen upstairs were so helpful and patient. Makes the experience feel more comfortable
Great experence. Large room for gathering of students. Water supplied with disposible cups.
