I took my vehicle here about a month ago. It was a 2006 continental GT. At first the service was awesome. I asked for a transmission flush before I left on vacation. They called me and stated one of screws has been “ stripped “ I took it into my own mechanic shop before hand, though they do not deal with Bentley’s. Not an issue. I told them “ are you sure you guys did not stript it “ he starts going off by saying the the other mechanic stript it, we did nothing to it , and you have to sign a form stating that I cant come back to them for any issues inreagards to that bolt. Or I cant take MY car back. They pretty much kept my car there as hostage for me to signed the form. While I was on vacay. I was very close to calling amvic , though I just wanted my car. Don’t take your high end units here. Don’t. They don’t know how to deal with customers when there’s issues. They make the situation worse just by talking. I swear the only reason why I investigated this when I got back from vacay , was because the tone he was using towards to me. He went from a professional to a backyard mechanic in seconds. Good mechanics, not for high end items. Shady is a prefect word for my experience. Never again. They have 5 stars reviews. I promised my self not to put up a review if they call me.. i waited a month. No calls , no care given.

Eric and Stephen have been caring for our Audi A6, S4 and previously A4 for the last five years, or ever since our retired auto mechanic recommended them. They are very professional and respectful, often providing more than one option when it comes to service or repairs, they communicate well in keeping you up to date on repairs and they go out of their way to explain the effort/labor that was required. We are very satisfied with their quality of work and their genuine interest and passion for our Audi's and in supporting the pride in ownership we have. In summary, Continental Auto provides EXCEPTIONAL value. They are very reasonable when compared against the high fees we used to pay at the dealership. If you're looking for better value for your fine Audi, Volkswagen and/or Porsche in the Edmonton Region, they are a great dealer alternative.

This shop is truly amazing. The guys feel like family and are always able to fit me in as soon as possible. From a full engine rebuild on my Volkswagen gti. Upgrading turbos and helping me get all the fun factor out of owning a gti. To getting tire swaps and oil changes on friends and family’s Porsches! Truly specialist at what they do and you can tell they love what they do! Overall never had anything wrong with this shop and it’s a bonus to be able to see there presence at most major car shows in Edmonton! If you own a cool German car this is the place to get your modifications or services !

Recently had a transmission oil change done on our Audi and noticed on the receipt that although a high quality oil was used it was not the OEM oil. I also noticed some slight differences in shifting behaviour so called the next day to discuss with them and to ask them for a change back to the OEM oil. They replaced the oil the same day I called to complain! Based on this as well as previous visits to the shop I would say this is one of the most, if not the most, professional and trustworthy repair shops I’ve ever used!

Have used Continental Auto for the past 2 years after having bad experiences with the southside Audi dealership. Have always found them to be forthright and honest in their estimates and their work has been excellent. The most recent job was replacing a timing chain on a Q5- work was done in 2 days and it runs like a champ. We even bought tires through Continental because honest, local businesses deserve our support.

I was wanting to pick up a Toyota for my next car, as owning a German vehicle in NA is a pain with servicing (and associated costs). But after dealing with Continental Auto, I'm considering sticking with VW/Audi just to keep them as mechanics. I've never been happier with a mechanic in my 20 years of owning cars and I'm recommending them to anyone that will listen. Absolutely amazing service. 11/10.

Been taking my 2007 Rabbit here for about 5 years for oil change and service. Always good explanations for work that needs to be done. Eric and Stephen will show you the old parts for your understanding of why maintenance is required. They give good guidance on an old car for what really needs fixing and when. Great staff and know what they are doing, but when they are busy and you ask for some advice Stephen told me "google it, I'm sure you will find where the swirl flaps plug is" But its a good sign when staff are busy there they must be doing good job. I was pleased with the services thank you Stephen, vehicle now runs great with the DPF/EGR and swirl flapp delete.

Recently had my car in for a service (2018 RS5) the guys made it very clear what needed work and what could wait. The system they use to communicate to you what's going on with your car is great aswell, they attach photos so you can see what they're talking about. 100% recommend Continental Auto!

Had my car in for a Malone Stg 2 Tune. they were great to deal with. exceptionally quick and were very helpful with information when they found out I was gonna tackle deleting the Dpf and egr cooler on my own.
