Copperfox were very professional from the time I contacted them. They asked what I needed and got me to send photos etc so they could prepare. Jarryd arrived on time on the exact day I needed them (day after handover of our new house) to connect our pool filter to the sewer. Jarryd communicated various options and how the different options would impact appearances or the cost of the works. Jarryd was polite, knowledgeable and tidy, I couldn’t be happier and will be sure to use them again.

Zac, Ofek and another of the awesome crew at Copper Fox really helped get me into hot water! Had an emergency leak that came down an old hot water unit in my kitchen which need immediate replacement. They arrived promptly and sort immediate action, followed up when they said they would and have decked me out nicely with a new hot water unit in a better location. Good on you lads!

Ofek was on time, friendly and did a great job - very neat installation of new downpipes. There was good email communication with Zac beforehand (he was interested to see photos of the issue etc) and even the invoice was simple - able to pay with Apple Pay in a couple of clicks. Very happy.
