Worst ever and the reason is simple "They Don't Deliver". The delivery people are so smart in NOT doing their job that they are so empowered to declare that "Address doesn't exist" of a valid address designated by Government body of Australia. They are least cared about customer service and shameless enough to escape away of doing the job by making absurd excuses. They won't bother to even call you or message you to find the address if they can't find themselves, because they just don't wanna do their job. You will only be left with a deadline driven option to pick it yourself according to their working hours. You can't call them as they don't have a phone number and once you reach there, you will not have a parking nearby but will have to park on street and in case you have a bulgy item, have to be your own. I wish i won't have to deal with them again.

This place sucks. I have made sure I set my preferences to “leave in a safe place” and I only order items that can be left without a signature because this place is inconveniently located, inefficient and the staff are awful. Yet occasionally something I order will get taken here and I genuinely need to decide whether I want it badly enough to bother driving to this hovel. A properly hateful experience, avoid it at all costs. Poorly setup, poorly run and looks temporary. Located so far from anywhere that it’s not even convenient to people who have the misfortune to live in the same suburb as it. I’d have my parcels returned to sender before I went here to pick stuff up.

Some of the reviews left by others make no sense. This is a collection centre, has nothing to do if your parcel was forwarded there if you're not home to answer. If you miss a delivery and left a card, they need to finish their area before dropping off your parcel for collection, give them time. They don't need a number as you get your missed delivery card, and just come to collect it, call Aus Post directly if you need help. There's enough street parking here for you to get in and out with your parcel. Staff have been very helpful for all the times I've been here to collect. This place should be given more credit.

No one tried to deliver the parcel at my home and they just sent me a message for the collection because (No one at home). We're 3 people living at the place and waiting for the parcel for a week. Home never left unreachable for a minute. I'm working from home, and sitting next to the front door living area, facing my house drive way. How does it possible that I can't see driver or I can't hear the door bell. DRIVERS ARE LAZY or don't want to deliver the goods at the address. NO ONE TRY TO ATTEPT DELIVERY. NEVER HAD COLLECTION CARD AT MY LETTER BOX. They just don't want to deliver because of big box parcel.

Every time I come to collect a parcel the staff are lovely there’s really nothing to complain about. I went there yesterday and the line was out the door, as it is two weeks from Christmas. Yet I don’t think I was even there for longer than 6 or 7 minutes. The whole time I was there though I witnessed customers treating the staff like dirt for absolutely no reason and I witnessed the staff treating the customers with nothing but kindness and patience. Kudos to the team for staying so calm. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!!!

Received a card on 20th December but according to letter it had been delivered to home address! No one was apparently home , when actually 2 people were, no one heard a knock at door and no card left on 30/11 .. so I pick up the letter Monday 3 weeks late !! Why was I never given a first card on the 30th November only for it to be returned here but only get a card Monday 20th December??!! It is actually an important letter now I have to find out why it took 3 weeks to send card for my lawyer!!

To say l'm beyond frustrated and p~~~~d off with the delivery process is beyond compression, l realise that they use subcontractors but they are using their van's with the australia post on them, they fly into people's courts / street's with no regards to whether there is kid's around or not. My main complaint is other's in my court get their parcels but the driver's won't deliver to mine n it's now beyond ridiculous, if things don't get sorted l'm off to the ombudsman and my local news papers

My complaint is with the driver who just left a card instructing me that, as I wasnt home (I WAS, and waiting in the front room with 2 cars parked in the driveway!) I can now go all the way to Paramount drive to get my parcel on MONDAY (today is Friday!) It was a present for my disabled daughter. I guess I'll just have to show her a picture of her new shoes! This happens frequently with the parcel delivery drivers, never with any small parcels delivered by my postman. Why?!

I like the change, I think it's a logistical change so postal trucks don't have to deal with peak hour chaos at George Street. And nor do I. The people want improvements and then complain about it, there's allot more going on behind the scenes in Transport and Distribution than you think so parcels arrive on time. Why not take a moment and thank the office. Brand new facility, with covid precautions in place. Straight in and out no fuss easy wide street parking.

A little disappointed but I can understand why my parcel has been moved here maybe for driver’s convenience or have been instructed too if the customer (me) fails to give info where they would pick it up from if the parcel is not collected in person + signature. As for me, the items I bought are expensive and is good that I know is somewhere safe and closing time not too early. Well done delivery driver . (P.S. Search up on TikTok christwillreturn”)

I want to know why my parcel could not be delivered. I was given no reason in the email just said could not be delivered. I have paid for delivery but now I have to go to Cranbourne Parcel Collection to pick it up and I live in Carrum Downs. I was asked when I ordered it if I wasn't there where to leave it and I told them at the front door behind the gates but not even a card to tell me they had been there.

Not even coming to the front of my house to deliver a parcel, even when a house full of people are home on the day? This is about the millionth time this has happened, and it’s gone direct to the collection centre and I’ve complained numerous times about this. No one lives at the rear of my house in the garage!!! That’s why the staff think there is “no one home” - try the front door.

You’re very lucky if you get your parcels actually left in a safe place even with multiple persons in the front room. 9/10 times postie parks next door, can’t be bothered going up the driveway to knock or look for a small parcel & sits in his car, writes a card & very quietly sneaks it in your mailbox/ door & …

Worst place ever. Went twice once in the morning(earlymorning) and once in the afternoon (just before closing) to collect my parcel which is one month delayed. Both times came with empty hand as it's not ready to collect. Super slow service with highly understaffed. Not sure when I can collect my parcel??

Australia post seem to prefer to deliver here rather than come up our street during the closure of Cranbourne Rd & Westernport Hwy, despite access being available to the whole area through Stanhill Drive Staff at this facility are great and we understand it is not their problem.

Service is great but I have no idea why they moved it from a central location to an out of the way place with no parking! It would make sense if they’d found a place with a ton of OB-site parking (often the issue with George St) but this makes no sense.

Always easy to park, they're always helpful here. It is just a collection point, they're not responsible for your slack postie who didn't knock at your door and instead just left a card. Contact Australia Post direct for that, not the collections centre

Don’t know why it shuts at the most inconvenient times, the whole reason parcels are sent there is because it wasn’t able to be delivered when anyone was home, then they decide to close the store before most people can get there? Hardly makes any sense

The older gentleman wearing a white N95 mask who works at the front counter needs to improve his interpersonal skills. His grumpy attitude towards customers gives the impression that he dislikes his job and does not enjoy working in customer service.

So let me get this straight, I ordered two boxes of a product and they were both sent at the same time. One box was directly delivered to my door, the other box was sent to the bloody parcel collection point kilometres from my home. Not good enough!

Rude service. They never left a card for any of my packages and then when I went to collect it, they lost them. However the customer service agent that helped me lodge a complaint was very helpful.

I have been there 3 times to collect my parcel, only to find it closed… the website said it’s open and I went there. It was closed. There is no phone number to confirm if it is open or not.

No contact phone number available. And why do some of my parcels go there and others to Carrum Downs (just round the corner from me). Ridiculously out of the way and no parking.

The people here are friendly and extremely helpful. I've recently had a couple of deliveries that had an issue. The postmaster has called me both times to sort the problem.

No parking, no safe place to get the kids out of the car to pick up our parcel. Always really busy/ not enough staff. Would rather not collect the parcels to be honest

Some 'genius' from Australia Post thought it was a great idea to redirect all my parcels to this remote location. And now I have to drive 20 km just to pick them up.

Pretty happy with the service, arrived 10 mins before closing and still got my parcel. Just make sure it's ready for collection n there will be no fuss.
