I booked this hotel through their official website which was cheaper than other online platforms. Booked a family room for Rs.2200. Initially, I thought of staying here for 1 day and move to any other hotel in bellandur(which is near to my office location), so booked a room for one day. But extended for 2 more days, because of the service and everything. Pros: 1. Room was clean and neat. 2. Location is not like a forest area now as it was mentioned in every review. Now we can easily book cab or auto and location is available in google maps. So we just booked a cab and went straight to the hotel. No confusion. 3. Complementary tea and coffee if we go to the dining hall and make ourselves. 4. We can order food through swiggy or anyother food delivery app and have it in the dining area. We can use the utensils available in the dining area. 5. We can always call the reception and ask for any issue or help. 6. Toiletries(soap,shampoo, body lotion, bath towel, face towel) are provided. Cons: 1. Bathroom was clean but not luxurious. 2. Dining area was small. If you're planning to stay on peak days, you may find it difficult to have space in dining hall. We didn't find any major issue in the hotel. *Felt like home* We will definitely stay here the next time we visit. Definitely recommended if you are looking for an affordable, neat and clean hotel.

Very nice Hotel in Sarjapur Rd area. They have maintained their hotel well and cleanliness is at top level, You don't have to look for any star hotels. Lunch and Dinner options are not their however you can easily get Via Swiggy or Zomato. Their inhouse Breakfast is really tasty and Sumptuous, you should book room with breakfast its worth it. Best part of this hotel apart from clean room, quite place is their Staff.. very Professional and friendly and most importantly Understanding their guest. SANIA at reception is a true gem and asset for this hotel. She is very professional and knows her guest well. I had cancelled my stay form other hotel and extended my stay here because of their staff and good n clean room. If you looking Hotel in Bengaluru and near by this location.. without any second doubt you can book it.. it's worth it

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and overall I had good experience. The location of this hotel is very close to Carmelaram station. It is bit inside. Room was clean. Washroom was clean but needs some maintenance. With the price the Hotel is great. They do have dining area and provide breakfast. They allow to order food online if you prefer. There was bit confusion on check out date & my luggage was removed from my room in my absence. It was not my check out on that day. Though nothing was missing but had shock for some time till I found my luggage. Team should ask customer to remove luggage instead of they removed themselves. Due to this I am giving 4 stars. Rest all was good.

1. The hotel was good. 2. But there is no food facility, and there is no transport facility, which creates a lot of problems. 3. The hotel is out of site from city. So there is no transport. 4. ola / uber does not come. 5. After going to the main road from there, after waiting for a long time, you will meet an auto. 6. In that, those auto guys charge a lot, they charge 200 to 250 rupees for 3 km

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at.Crystal Inn ,High quality rooms , and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in Banglore . This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever for 6nights with my Sikkim Team with more than 40 people all were happy . Stayed in Crystal Inn Bangalore for 9 days with family. The facility is a new one and very neat and clean. Linen is provided/ changed any time at your request. We all felt very homely. Staff were very courteous and friendly and helpful. Coffee/Tea/water etc. available 24/7 at the dining. Breakfast is average which needs improvement but, whatever is served was good . there are good reataurants nearby as well. the entire stay was excellent.. Will go again to this place if we are in Bangalore.

The stay was good and the staff were friendly. But i don't find value for money.. 1750/night is quite high for the room. Especially complimentary breakfasts are like one day it's just cutlet and bun, next day it's maggi noodles. Tea is like dip tea. Its better not to provide breakfast at all. You can't have food in your room. You need to come to ground floor have it in the dining area. Without breakfast online booking was around 1550. I'd have booked there.

As per price , rooms are good and services also good, good hot water , sope , shampoo, body lotion provided, no bresh, no paste you need to carry, only one tifin available for breakfast each day, tea , coffee available all the time, bread and jam available whenever you want, paid cloth washing service available- per pice 60/- for wash and iron it's looking high cost if interested then only you can use paid wash.

Had booked it for 2 nights but had to move out after a night (inspite the room being non refundable). The road in front is under construction and hence blocked(Google maps failing to figure out the road). So it is a pain to book any cab or figure out their location. Inspite of this scenario, the hotel didn't bother to inform us before reaching about the route and we were terribly harassed trying to reach this place as Google maps took us to a completely different route.

During my stay at Crystal Inn with my parents, the rooms were comfortable, clean, and the staff was remarkably helpful. The standard room that we booked is small but clean and well organised, with a work table set up. The staff are good. Although the location was remote, the hotel felt secure. There is no public transportation nearby, however, cabs are easily accessible, and all amenities are within walkable distance. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place.

Pros: good location, ambience and quality service. Cons: tv is there but no channel except YouTube. Restaurant is there but no lunch and dinner except complimentary breakfast. Parking needs to be improved. Hotel can arrange to pave link road between the hotel and the main road.

This is the best hotel in area. Rooms are sparkling clean and front desk staff is super friendly. Loved my stay here. If someone is coming for treatment from Dr Prince (Ayurvedic doctor), he/she can stay here. Specially, I want to appreciate the cleanliness of the property and rooms. Basic amenities like water bottle, toiletries were also provided. Simply, give it a go guys.

Fantastic room and excellent room service but only problem is with location. It feels like it's somewhere inside a forest. There is nothing nearby and morning cabs won't get booked. Except that everything else is fabulous.

I wish you would inform all guests about the complicated route. Neither OLA nor Google maps get this route right, it's really hard for out of town visitors. No complaints about the room or service though.

Road works are happening, so little messy to get into location. Rooms are good and cleaning maintained. Faucet was very hard to use so that can be replaced, rest are good. By considering cost of the room, breakfast could have been complementary.
