This is the only place I get my flowers from. Why? Because of the quality of service. I texted the owner one day and asked if she can make my dream bouquet. Not only did she do it, but she also made a wonderful masterpiece. It was even more beautiful than the picture I sent her. It was beautifully arranged and even came with a vase and lovely packaging to make sure it stays and looks fresh until the wedding day. Sure, you can find flowers and have it arranged elsewhere, but would your florist go above and beyond? If you're not sure, try visit Downtown Flowers.

This is probably my favourite flower shop in Calgary. Whenever I need to buy a bouquet for anyone, I always get it from here and every single time it's highly complimented. It's definitely worth it for me to go here because Nancy has such an amazing artistic sense when making the arrangements and she's also so nice. Thank you Nancy and I'll definitely keep coming here and recommending this place to my friends! I also like that this place is very transit accessible, right in front of Centre Street station.

Very glad I stopped in! Their pre-made flower pots were a little out of the budget that i was hoping for that day, but the owner quickly helped me create something out of my wildest dreams, for the price i had hoped. Very creative and very kind! Will return. MUCH better than stopping at a grocery store. They were closed for 2 years during the pandemi, and I think she would really appreciate the business back, after a long dry spell.

The owner is the sweetest woman who cares a lot about her store, which has many beautiful and healthy plants and bouquets to choose from. I bought an orchid plant and a dry flower bouquet here as birthday gifts. She gave great recommendations based on flowering time, gave detailed care instructions, wrapped both up nicely and carefully, and offered free cards so now I don’t need to buy extra birthday cards!

My boyfriend surprised me with flowers from here, delivered to me at a resturant. And they are the most beatiful flowers i have ever recieved! All my favorite flowers and colours, my partner later told me that he really enjoyed talking to the owner over the phone and discussing how he wanted the arrangment. Wonderful service, flowers and owner! Will 100% be using this service again! ❤

What a wonderful experience! I came in looking for a bouquet for my girlfriend. The owner did everything I wanted and more while staying within the price range I told her. She included beautiful ribbons and plenty of flowers . The florist was super nice and somehow made exactly the bouquet I had in mind. It's clear she has a lot of experience and puts great care into each order .

I had a wonderful experience shopping here for a plant as a gift for a house visit. The florist (owner) is highly experienced, willing to help and very friendly. The plant (which came with a cute pot) was reasonably priced, beautiful and well liked by the receiver. I had a friend going through a very rough day but trying to find a florist to deliver by end of day, I thought would be impossible. I just happened to go to this shop and was pleasantly surprised. Simply the best flower shop in the town. The owner is really skilled at making floral arrangements. She was very responsive to my request and budget. She uses beautiful wrappings that you can not find anywhere else. I just loved this place and will go back for sure.

This shop has a program for men to pre-schedule the special days for my wife like birthday, anniversary, valentine’s day, etc. Then they will call before the days and deliver flowers to my office so I can bring home to her. Like it very much coz I don’t have to remember!
