(Read all, this is grateful feedback for this store) For part of my daughters 16th she wanted to go to Dangerfield. She finally had money to spend. We were disappointed by service at 2 other dangerfield stores and felt like unwelcome intruders for going in so browsed awkwardly then left buying nothing. We were at the train station about to go home to geelong, and she mentioned being really disappointed that she'd wasted her birthday running around to dangerfields, and even though seeing outfits she liked alot being uncomfortable to buy. We remembered there's one more in the area near Flinders St and we give it a last attempt. And omg! Am I so happy we did!? Not only was it a slightly bigger dangerfield (2 storey) but it looked so cool and the customer service was amazing. AMAZING!!! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! The store was so tidy and everyone willing to help. The person who helped the most working upstairs was so helpful and funny. They made her shopping experience so enjoyable and fun. We spent a while there, she was having the fun she had wanted all day. She left with such a huge grin and couldn't stop smiling the entire way home. I'm trying not to cry as a single mother on a tight budget I'd felt so bad I hadn't made her birthday special enough before this, I'd tried to hard but the experience we had at this shop...just so grateful. It made her dayHer smile was everything and her trying on everything excitedly when she got home amd texting her grandparents to show them what she bought and give thanks for birthday money was so beautiful. The customer service at that store was the best I've experienced, nobody who entered was judged, they really made everyone welcome. One person served while the others busily kept the store clean and helped people. They really helped people! A true team effort and I wish more stores of all brands were like that. Less about Kpi's and more about teamwork and great customer service, which actually made me let her buy more. Tysm again to the team at Dangerfield Flinders St, especially to the person working upstairs.

The store was very tidy, clean and organised which you usually don't see in Dangerfield stores. Every time I've been to one of these stores the staff are usually very kind, relaxed and helpful. But the management at this store is poor as even as a customer I could see how the new staff were being micromanaged by the lady who must be the manager. Extremely passive aggressive, shouting at the new cashier and the customer they were with from upstairs about an exchange and snapping at the customer. I was trying to try some clothing on and about a minute after I came out one of the staff went inside to tidy (since there must have been a store inspection the next day) and openly and loudly complained that someone just messed up the change rooms. I had only left a few pieces of clothing on the hook. Felt as though customer service was disregarded.

I used to shop here many years ago when I was particularly cool and I returned all these years later to shop for my sons birthday. I saw something online but it wasnt in stock. In what seems to be a rare experience these days, the sales assistant was exceptionally helpful. She apologized for not having the item, suggested something else, and guided me to make a purchase of the unavailable item online if I wished to do so. Really great service and a very expedited and successful visit where I got something even cooler for my kid to wear to his birthday that was cancelled last year because of covid. He will love it. The sales persons name is Yak. She is awesome.

Dangerfield is my go to place for Alt, rock, cottagecore, and punk clothing and accessories. While you could get cheaper prices elsewhere (online), the handiness of trying out clothes and seeing accessories in person is always worth it. Not to mention the staff are always friendly and inclusive. I prefer this store to the one in Melbourne Central because there's better variety, organisation and more space! 100% always suggest Dangerfield to anyone looking for more niche or alt clothing and accessories

I have been here a couple of times. The staff are amazing and even remembered me from previous visits. There is a great inclusive atmosphere and each staff member was able to engage with me in a way that made the entire experience positive. They are ready to look for anything they have hidden around if you mention an idea you have. Huge thanks to Mars for picking out some great items for me to try out for a gig I was going to last weekend, it worked out perfect!

I went in today to use some store credit and the service I had was perhaps the best I’ve ever received as a customer. The staff were friendly, gave honest opinions when asked, and made my friend and myself feel so incredibly comfortable and welcome. I left laughing, and think Max, Gonzalo, and Mars deserve a special shout out for their exemplary service. Thanks to the staff for making my Sunday shopping trip all the more special!

I had the most wonder experience and the sales assistant Nina was so lovely and choose out clothing I wouldn't have picked for myself, that looked absolutely wonderful!! She was more than happy to go up and down the stairs numerous times for the many things my sister and I tried and I left a very happy customer!! ❤️ …

My favourite Dangerfield location by far! The customer service is always so lovely - when I was still deliberating over other items one of the sales assistants put together some accessories to match the item I had picked which was so cute and while was an impulse buy at the time, I am obsessed with what she had picked out!

I have been to this store for the first time and I loved the collection. They sell good quality clothes at a very reasonable price. I got a really good discount and I am loving the clothes. I bought too many clothes from here in my budget. I have already recommended their store to all my friends and family.

The lady who attended my friend and I was outstanding! She was kind, courteous and had a wonderful attitude, on top of being full of energy and ready to run around picking out sizes for us! The store itself is a little tricky to navigate, but no worse than any other small city shop.

The service was amazing and helpful. The shop itself stocks heaps of cool stuff. However it can feel a little overwhelming and confusing with the way the clothes are arranged. Overall we got some fun things and had a good experience.
